Perfect location and really nice...

Very nice location, near beach and pub street. Bed is very comfortable, the room is very clean. Staff are really kind, give us a lot of good suggestions for the city visit. Breakfast is also very nice.

Room was nice, had a cute little balcony. Staff could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely complimentary aperativo with Adriano, a very engaging bartender. Breakfast was amazing, and there were multiple offers to take something with us for the road. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

There were some noisy other guests, so perhaps the sound proofing is not adequate. Other than that everything was perfect!

The staff are very nice.They couldn’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The breakfast is very good, and although the rooms are spartan, they are very clean.

The beds and pillows and bed covers could be and should be improved, and the showers definitely need updating. Also the red vinyl decor isn’t great.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding -- super friendly and helpful. even provided us with a bit of a history lesson about Pescaras rile in WWII which I was very interested in learning about. Staff treated customers like they were the owners, which for all I know perhaps they were. Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent location very close to restaurants shopping and waterfront. Pescara is a bit off the beaten tourist path but that is why we went. Would definitely stay here again if we make it to this part of the world again.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was upscale with nice detailing and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was abundant with every type of food... Omelettes, yogurt, cheese, amazing baked goods and Cereals and more. Superb location on a Piazza in pedestrian zone and shopping district.

Excellent location, easy walk from the ProntoBus, trains, and the beach. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen with exceptional variety and specially prepared breakfast options. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating with excellent English language skills.

The Hotel is really beautiful, and the stuff was extremely nice, helpful and hospitable, it was a great joy to talk to them! The breakfast was the best we've tried in our Italy trip, thanks so much for tasty fresh juices and the Italian coffee! The rooms are clean and with new furniture.The location was also really good, near the central beach and easy to get from the railway station. Hope to return back one day!

The service level and attention from the staff at this hotel is simply outstanding. So friendly, attentive and helpful! This hotel also has a fantastic breakfast buffet, and a brilliant location , only 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the best restaurants and bars. + Comfortable beds in nice and clean rooms.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted like family. After a detailed description of the town and surrounding area, we were given beach towels and took the five minute walk to the lovely beach. Later the bartender opened our wine and gave us glasses so we could enjoy it in our air conditioned room. The location is almost directly in the middle of town next to fantastic shops and restaurants.

We wish we would have stayed longer!

Breakfast was an amazing spread with fresh made coffee and ready to made fruit juices. The location is second to none with a few blocks from the beach/water and then right in the center of the pedestrian old town with tons of shopping and restaurants.

This is one of the most welcoming hotel’s in which I’ve ever stayed and I’ve been traveling for more than 20 years. The staff was really helpful when they knew I was in my own. Breakfast is a lot more than the normal Italian breakfast and they were happy for you to take a snack with you for the day. Complimentary cocktail in the evening was lovely. If ever in Pescara again, I will definitely stay here.

Room size was just about right for a family

The hotel was immaculate. The bed sheets were changed everyday, the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location was brilliant, staff were amazingly helpful and lovely, breakfast buffet was delicious, room was super comfy with balcony and huge bathroom - we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 little boys in the suite. Just perfect, would definitely return!!!!

The air conditioning system which seemed not to be controllable by guests. The gym program starts at 8AM which is quite late, at least during the summer when one would prefer to go earlier to the beach. The breakfast, even if satisfactory, was not quite a 4 stars hotel level, the focus being on the pastry and less on the continental breakfast type.

The courtesy and willingness of the staff to help us was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

Driving to the hotel is tricky but it is in a restricted traffic area and worth the effort.

The location was EXCELLENT! Beach, shops, restaurants all in the vacinity. The staff were like a family, they were accomadating, friendly and nothing was too much trouble Also a great eclectic group...

If I could criticise anything it would only be that the rooms were on the small side, but that's Italy, everything is a bit tight.

It's not cheap, but everything is of a high standard. Boutique hotels are not common in Italy in my experience, but although above average price, it is worth it for the extras.
