Wonderful hosts, beautiful views and...

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, beautiful views from the room's terrace and a lovely pool area. It's a short walk from the town centre, making it a peaceful place to stay. The convenient car park and great breakfast were the icing on the cake. Brilliant stay.

Room was very large with a nice balcony. Bed was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful they gave us good tips on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from.

Really friendly and helpful owners. Nice spacious room with a modern bathroom. Brilliant breakfast with a lot of variety and tables outside on the balcony/terrace with views of the pool. One day we had to leave early for an excursion and the owners opened up the breakfast room earlier just for us, thank you. Free private parking area right next to the hotel (see photos). Good location, less than 10min walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and Algar Seco cliff walkway. We loved the swimming pool, really clean and well maintained and a spacious area to lie on the sunbeds or sit in the shade. If we ever return to Carvoeiro, we will be staying here for sure.

We loved this hotel, but the WiFi was quite poor and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (something that I have seen mentioned in other comments), the toilet and sink area of the bathroom was also quite cramped, but the shower was spacious, apart from this, everything was great.

Breakfast was delicious, lot of variety, buffet style so you can choose anything you want. Staff was great from the beginning till we left, they give is lot of information about where to go and where to eat, so really nice. I also hurt myself with a kayak and they were really nice asking how I was and giving me ice all day. The pool area and terrace is lovely. 5 min away from the busy road but still so close to walk to beaches and restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and huge, the have a little living room, plenty of space to spend days in there. Great place and highly recommended

Everything was perfect! It's 5 min away from the beach and the pool was really appreciated as well. The breakfast was fresh and was delivered to our door every morning, which is a luxury! The room was a good size and quite modern. Also, the owner kindly let us stay a couple of hours past check out time. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

The villa description on the booking.com says it's possible to arrange horseback riding at additional cost, but apparently there are no such services available nearby. I just think its better to remove it from the description to avoid any confusion.

Nice quiet location in Carvoeiro. away from the main street area. Nice walk to the fabulous scenic cliff front and boardwalk and a lovely village to wander around. Very Friendly and very helpful staff. Very comfortable room and a Great breakfast. And Tea/coffee facilities in room also. Lovely pool area, but i was there in Feb so didn,t get to use it... Parking on the grounds. I would stay again.

Not much going on in Carvoeiro in November!!

Great accommodation with a family feel, close to the centre but still very quiet, excellent nights sleep. Spacious room with a balcony and spotlessly clean. Lovely private pool with seating areas to relax. Very friendly helpful staff, check in was easy. The self service breakfast provided was very filling with a good choice of food and set us up for a day walking the coastal path that has stunning views. Would definitely recommend and will be returning there again.

The hosts are very welcoming and attend to all your needs. They are definitely one of the highlights! The room with the balcony is fabulous - big and spotless room and bathroom! Tea, coffee and water is available in the room. Breakfast is great. 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants.

Nice property tucked away on the hill just above town, private parking and very large rooms, some with nice balconies. The staff were very quick to respond to any requests or questions, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We only stayed a night but it felt like a place we would be happy to return to, to enjoy the area and the lovely pool. The breakfast (typical continental) was a great option.

Good location, quiet but within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and the beach. The owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. All areas were kept spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good and taken on a terrace overlooking the pool. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool which were comfortable and cleaned daily

If I could improve anything I would suggest a small bar on the premises.

We had a very big room, like an apartment, with a little terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and chat. The position is very good and you have plenty of places, bars, restaurant and beaches to be easily reached. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy it open air looking at the swimming pool area. We had a lot of advices on what to see by the staff, that was very kind. In the whole, a very good experience, I would surely advice it!!

I requested an Uber and when it couldn’t find the hotel, the owner of the hotel drove me!

Great location just up the hill from beach and all bars and restaurants literally a 5 min walk. Lovely staff and really helpful. On check in the man at reception told us everything we needed to know and see in Carvoeiro. Our room was basic but was spotless. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets. Every morning there was a lovely continental breakfast. Everything was so fresh and all the bread and pastries were still warm. Will definitely be returning.

The villa is at an excellent location: only a 5-minute walk from the center, yet there is absolutely no noise, ensuring a perfectly peaceful stay. Great continental breakfast on the balcony with a sea view, excellent pool, quiet private terrace, huge walk-in shower, abundant private parking. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Number and placement of power sockets was inadequate even for two people, may want to bring/request an extension.

Family ran local business, Isabella and the staff were very welcoming,friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Peaceful location but only 2 minutes walk down to restaurants ,bars and beach 5 minutes away .Convenience shop across the road sells everything ! Room was spacious and comfortable,cleaned everyday and had cable TV,refrigerator,kettle and coffee making bar and lounging area . Everywhere in the villa is spotless,breakfast room with lounge area overlooking pool from balcony, breakfast was sufficient with choice of breads, pastries , fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot and cold drinks. Very large outdoor pool area, sparkling pool,sun loungers, sunshades , outdoor tables and chairs plus a lovely shaded area with rattan armchairs and sofas. Checked in earlier as room available and late check out on request as room was available. Isabella and team, many thanks for a lovely stay, you are doing a fantastic job !

really great location - 2 min walk from main street , supermarket right across the road, spacious room (we paid extra for balcony) we did not have breakfast here but this was available, nice pool, rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard

loved everything about this place , the only thing that I would have changed is that we got twin beds rather than a double, this was fine though as we just pushed them together, other than this I cant fault this hotel.

Everyone so friendly and the whole place is spotlessly clean. We loved how they appeared to clean our room every day when they saw us go out so it was always done when we got back in.

We had hoped for a double but got a twin not a problem but the position of one bed left little room and was nearly against the wardrobe. the position of the television was too high for comfort.

The property was exceptionally clean with good sized rooms and situated a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and the beach.

As hard as I try for the sake of balance, there is nothing I can think of to criticise, the owners were extremely helpful and friendly at all times.
