Truthfully - Nothing is good about this property. There are other options which would have worked better for us.

Now we understand that there are various reasons where a traveler can get a bad experience but for me the whole experience was harrowing. There are specific reasons for giving this property a bad review. 1. The check-in process was ridiculous with the staff having no customer service values and it came off as rude. 2. The room was in bad shape - stains on the floor, bad bathroom, broken sink, leaky toilet flush, etc. This made us not even shower the next day prior to checking out. Truthfully we were waiting to leave the property. 3. We are NOT certain but we felt there were bed bugs in the mattress. 4. The property has big boards that call out Amex Cards Welcome but they refused to take Amex cards indicating their machines are broken. 5. The VISA card started asking for PIN and we are from US and no shop where we have used it in India has ever asked us for PIN so we were perplexed. 6. Ultimately we ended up paying in cash. So in short this property is not something i would ever recommend to any one.
