Positiv: rauf und wieder runter von I29 mit Leichtigkeit
angenehme BesitzerNegativ: veraltetes Bad
nichts Besonderes gut für eine Übernachtung
Positiv: Location to hospital & restaurants.Negativ: Rooms needed to be cleaned better. Rooms need extreme updating, example, Wall plugs uncovered, curtains didn't fit window to keep light out, bed sank towards middle. Expensive for quality of room!
Despite a little evening excitement, this was a niPositiv: The first thing I have to do is give a huge shout out to the front desk clerk that checked me in. Her name was Jessica and after having a rather emotional and overwhelming day, she was very welcoming and listened to me blab on about my random life stuff. After getting me checked in (which I ended up having to pay extra cause I didn't realize that hotel rooms cost per person now), she very graciously offered my friend and I a complimentary beverage which I've never had that happen at a hotel before. The room was relatively clean (save for a few spots on the carpet of unknown origin). And I can't forget to mention that they have a Belgian waffle maker on their breakfast buffet!! Negativ: We didn't get our wakeup call. I'm sure this had a lot to do with the "excitement" that was occurring around the time of my request for the wake up call. Luckily we had cell phone alarms set. The entrance to the parking lot was a little crazy as it was the entrance and exit onto a very busy main street, and in my opinion, it was very narrow so I was afraid if there was a car entering and one exiting that there could be a wreck.
A place to sleepPositiv: Front desk people were very polite. All the hotel areas were very cleanNegativ: The rooms, beds, linens, mattresses, etc. are all extremely basic, what I would consider one star at best. I would not classify this as a family hotel. Most of the guests were traveling construction or road workers.
These guys seemed to consider my 18-year-old daughter as fair game. I have stayed in days inns hotels before, but never were I was worried about my children.my recommendation is consider this hotel a working man's hotel, not for families.
