staff was exceptionally friendly, very open to help. a joy to talk with. The room view was better that expected.

The room was not very clean, carpet and floor was dirty. Bath and shower - the showerhead sprayed over everywhere, wetting both the floor and wash hand basin area. The English breakfast was also disappointing, the scrambled eggs tasted like butter, the sausages were too spicy. Having said that the Vegetarian selection of food was very good. coffee from the machine was luke warm.

The staff was very welcoming and provided good service. Breakfast was nice and included "swedish" pancakes - yummy!

Room was not clean, the selection of tv-channels poor and the water temperature in the shower uneven wich is uncommon in Sweden. Very expensive bar and the price for taking a short dip in the hotel pool outlandish - 70 EUR for me and my son for 30 min!!

Wanted a shower in the room, so not a fan of the bath/shower. Also requested a superior double and got two single beds push together.

Very bad communication between hotel and Clarion parked for 5 days in underground parking under hotel thinking you pay for parking when leaving had 4 parking fines when I went to car very disappointed I wasn't informed from hotel or booking.com that you prepay parking

During Corona time the breakfast was much to busy, they should have cancelled this or at least half, we did not go there. We had booked 2 rooms with 5 singles beds, we had 1 double bed, 2 single beds put together when we tried to move one there was so much dirt under the bed that we had put them back again. The 3rd bed was a fold up bed, not very comfortable for an adult. The pictures when booked showed us 100% 3 full single beds and not fold up once. The pillows were the worst you have ever seen. The rest of the hotel was ok but would not stay here again.

Very small room and also the Pool is not for free for the hotel guest... it's the reason why i purchase the hotel but i got disappointed. You only have 3 hours to use the facility. Been in Clarion hotel in Helsinki and it's way better... The sauna and the pool is free for the hotel guest. The location wise is good but i rather recommend other hotel near in the area that way cheaper and it's the same comfort or even way better also with breakfast.

A lot of stuff was unhygienic during our stay. First thing we notice as we enter the lobby is a huge number of people right inside, not respecting social distancing or covid-19 regulations. A concerned guest was voicing a complaint about this and nothing was done. Then we come up to our room to find stains on our pillows on the bed. During the morning breakfast again we see little effort from staff to follow covid 19 regulations. I also had to go through 3 plates before i could find one without crumbs or leftovers from poor washing. For a 4 star facility i would at least expect better hygiene than that.

Debbie from New York at front of house was amazing when I arrived. Got me a much better room. The family room offered was a joke! Small tv, double bed and 2 single camp style beds in a normal sized room! For a decent price she put us up in a suite. Compliments to her.

They didn.t me must réserve the souna and pool and i stay in room and then i looking for water hot maker of was not in room and i want to call to reception but telefoon boesn.t werk. So at totaal it was not good. The breakfast they find.t have bitter and cheeze it is very .......

Booked a superior deluxe room. The room hadn’t beeN cleaned properly, splatter stains on bed tables. Had booked the pool during the day - the pool had been overly booked and people from the previous slot wasn’t asked to leave and we couldn’t therefore get a seat. However, when our 3 hours was up, we were asked to leave immediately, leaving us with having paid for less time than we actually got. Not good consider the pool is your selling point. Disappointed.

When we returned to the room in the evening its door (previously closed by us) was wide open with the key left in the switch and with no sign of any staff in the room or somewhere around. The Receptionist confirmed that the key belonged to cleaning staff and that the door had been left open by them. God knows for how long the room had remained open and not looked after by staff with all our personal belongings there available for any guest to be observed and in case of abuse touched or used, or stolen. Not only the hotel put private property at risk from security perspective, but also violated privacy rules and requirements, created ethical issue and humiliating situation for the guests, demonstrated utter disrespect to guests’ rights for private life and to guests’ private property. Moreover, after a dialogue with the receptionist it was promised to us that next day at check-out there would be a manager available for a conversation. No manager would appear at check-out despite the level of issue severety, despite the promise, despite the fact that we had been waiting. It is also worth mentioning that in spite of the fact that we booked and paid for a room accommodating three guests, bath stuff and cups were constantly arranged only for two guests. The staff fixed this only after our asks and traditionally arranged nothing for the third guest next day again, apparently waiting for a reminder. The bed for the third guest was delivered to the room only late in the evening around 20:00 - 21:00. When we had asked in the afternoon to arrange for a bed, the receptionist responded with the reference to the hotel rules that the beds are brought only at 19:00. No bed would appear at 19:00 as well. Until late in the evening the third guest had no opportunity to have a sleep or relax after a long journey. All this violated and disregarded the the third guest’s rights for whose accommodation the hotel had charged along with other guests.

Breakfast was excellent and very good location for a short city break to the Swedish capital. The lifts are quite fun but I would have been able to use a swimming pool without doubling the cost of my stay than admire a saxophone stuck to the ceiling of a lift.

Why oh why would you build a hotel with a rooftop pool and then charge your guests 400 SEKs to use it? There were empty beer cans stashed away in the room and left over food in the fridge. One of the beds wasnt set up in the room when we arrived and when we asked the receptionist to sort it out he had a strop as this was a clear imposition on his time.

Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The roof top pool was amazing, sadly didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was very comfortable

The bedroom was cold, design wise. The bar was too busy, over 20 minutes to get a drink, understaffed.

Room not clean enough, broken bin, broken window, dirty bed cover. My room was close to conference room so loud and noisy. I booked 3 rooms for em and my team and I 3 rooms were different quality, mine was at 2nd floor, my colleague got a nicer room at 6th floor even I booked 3 similar rooms

Ferociously understaffed, rooms were very loud due to air conditioning that cannot be turned off, randomly they supply 2 single duvets for a double bed, have to wait approximately 18 hours to be served at the bar. Won't be back.

Breakfast was cold. Bugs in the room. Not clean. Small bed. Very spartan room in general. Rude staff at check-in. No value for money at all basically. I expected much better quality.
