- The location. 1 min away from the subway, with lots of shops and restaurants around ! Not far away from Arlanda Express as well. - The staff ! The staff was incredible, at the reception and at the bar. Thanks ! You made our (very short) stay all the more pleasurable. - The aesthetic. The decor was amazing, modern and beautiful, and very cosy ! - The cleanliness ! Very clean, whether it’s the room itself, the bathroom or the shared areas ! - The Karlavägen Kick mocktail at the bar. We could come back only for this. Thank you, last Sunday night (28/02) bearded bartender, my birthday was even better with this !

Perfect location and welcome in...

Nothing to change in Downtown Camper by scandic. Although covid’s period, everything was clear, organised, and amazing. The breakfast was quiet good, varied and high-standard. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location is perfect to visit Stockholm. The staff is very kind especially Kimani and Mickael who are lovely, helpfull and kind. I loved the coziness and fun aspect of the hotel. The comfortable location in downtown with access to many attractions and food by walking only. I also liked they have bikes for rental at an affordable price. Loved the bathrooms and the personal was very friendly and helpful.

Basically everything, except for that I think that if you pay that much for a room, access to the pool should be included.

We spent 5 nights at Downtown Camper and our overall experience couldn't be better! We love everything about this amazing hotel: charming lobby (the wishing tree was gorgeous!) and breakfast area; cozy, warm, sparkling clean room with digital fireplace and soft light; super friendly and always-ready-to-help staff; wonderful breakfast with a lot of healthy options (vegan overnight oats with blue spirulina was fantastic!); great coffee (oat milk latte was our favourite); possibility to play table tennis (we had so much fun!): excellent location. When we are back to Stockholm, we know where to stay!

Fabulous accommodation in great location.

Great location, only a 5 min walk from bus terminal. Lots of restaurants and shops to explore and over the road from shopping mall. Inside downtown camper there was always something new to look at and take in and the breakfast was amazing.

Stylish, very centric, nice spa

Tasteful design, this perfect mix between urban and outdoor thematics offers a smooth transition between the city and your trip into the wild. Amazing sauna, gym and rooftop pool with great views. Fantastic breakfast.

The guy at the reception wasn’t really able to give us valuable tips for trendy places in the city but I guess he wasn’t from Stockholm and he was nice anyway.

Location, location and location is everything :) Then room is nice and view to the square and friendly personnel, top roof bar with extraordinary view.

Breakfast would be nice to be more divers and vary, a bit dull and repetitive, breakfast music really bad choice.

We really enjoyed the delicious Swedish breakfast. The room was large and provided a place to read, sitting right next to the window. The pool on the rooftop was amazing and the view from there was breathtaking

One of the best hotels...

Interior design is a top notch, it's a place were you want to stay more and more. It applies to the rooms as well. Stuff is friendly, breakfast is an all time classy, but very well implemented and made from the quality products. Stuff is great, friendly and helpful. 10/10

The only issue I had was - "pillows were a bit uncomfortable", but we know that's individual, and they have plenty to choose from in your room.

Breakfast was amazing, the rooms and hotel were better than expected. Both I and my girlfriend was very happy with our stay and the staff was amazing. Me, being from Stockholm and visited my hometown with my girlfriend made me very happy to stay at this hotel due to the amazing nordic style and great friendly staff.

Awesome Place to Stay

We stayed here with our 4 children and got connecting rooms. This was probably our best hotel stay in the whole of our Scandinavian trip. It’s a super hip hotel and the staff are extremely helpful. We were able to walk to almost all our site seeing locations from the hotel. There is a large mall across the street which you can get food and other items. The breakfast is awesome. Our very picky kids found lots to eat. There was so much to offer at this hotel, we didn’t have enough Time to enjoy it all.

We had a few minor maintenance issues (key card reader battery died and clogged sink) but they were addressed with no issue. It should be noted that a lot of the cool things about the hotel cannot be enjoyed by kids (pool and netted reading area). However, I can’t blame them. Kids are loud and boisterous and would ruin almost all reflection time lol.

You MUST stay here!

The hotel looks and feels brand new. Great finishes and interiors. The breakfast was the best I ever had in over 15 European countries - it’s simply amazing, wide variety, delicious. Finally, the location is just perfect, and the facilities are great, including a complete gym with even a separated yoga area! I usually don’t stay twice on the same hotel, but would definitely stay here when coming back.

It's like entering a warm bath, very cool and nice atmosphere. Staff is really great and super friendly at all locations (reception, restaurant, roof bar). Would definitely book this hotel again for my next stay in Stockholm!

We went for a sightseeing...

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, the perfect location as well the modern styling and feel of the hotel. The somewhat pricey, but beautiful Spa and rooftop bar were alsp a sight to behold.

There was a tabletennis plate outside our room door, which someone played on at 3 am. Luckily the hotel personnel stopped them after a time.

The atmosphere of the whole hotel was extremely warm and friendly. We felt looked after, and our room was really lovely too. All in all, we were really happy with the whole experience.

A few times in the communal areas, distancing was not really adhered to by guests, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. That's hardly the hotel's fault, however.

Very modern and chic hotel in the heart of the City, walking distance from everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was above average with decent vegan options. We got a spacious corner double room with lots of light and nice views. The heated rooftop pool is a must at sunset.

Breakfast was a little too crowded over the weekend and finishing a bit early on weekdays (10am).

It's a modern hotel with a fresh personality. I really enjoyed the stay, which unfortunately was too short. I'll surely try to repeat next time I travel to Stockholm. Lovely room, delicious breakfast, perfect location.

I always booked new hotels. Bed are comfortable. Breakfast selection is good (vegetarian, gluten free, organic).

We stayed here for three nights and decided to transfer to another hotel as it is a pin to connect to the wifi. I have work to do and relies on internet. Connecting to the hotel’s wifi takes me 30 minutes in the phone or laptop.

Elegant and cosy hotel in a classy location, with rooftop bar & spa, amazing views, amazing staff... Definitely one of my favourite places to stay, ever :)

The room was very economical for us because it slept 4 (two in bunks) to a room. Breakfast was exceptional with so many offerings. The hotel had an overall young, hip vibe that our college-aged children appreciated. Great location near pedestrian street, central station, and indoor mall.

The room was not that large (we didn't want to hang out there) and the bathroom could only accommodate one person at a time. It cost extra money to use the sauna, pool, and bikes.

Clean and well equipped rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet, exceeded our expectations by far. Centrally located close to e.g. Sergels torg, the Central Station and Gamla Stan.
