Amazing views of Stockholm

The view was breathtaking. Location, 7 meters to Central Station. Nice staff. Good food and room service. Would absolutely stay again. I'm so happy I chose a room with a view over the water. Comfy beds. Nespresso in room.

Location, location, location

Well worth paying the small premium for the Premium panorama rooms. Stunning view.

Nothing to mention other than the breakfast that was a little bit on the simplistic side.

Beyond expectations

We highly enjoyed the night we spent at the hotel. Our room was spacious, super clean and amazing view of Southern Stockholm. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly (in a professional way). The breakfast buffet was rich and everything was quite tasty. The hotel was following the COV-19 regulations meticulously therefore we felt safe during the entire time.

Even though we were at the 15th floor it was still possible to hear the announcements coming from the Central Station so if you are an extremely light sleeper you might want to ask for a room on the opposite side (our room was almost on top of the station)

Great hotel with perfect location

Very comfortable hotel situated in heart of the city near central station! Large rooms with modern Scandinavian design and amazing view. Good breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. We enjoy our stay too much, highly recommend we will come back!

Excellent rooms, but empty minibar

The room was cozy, and the temperature and view of the ocean was perfect.

I wanted to have a drink, so I looked inside the minibar. Sadly, it was completely empty.

The room had a nice view over Stockholm, the location is very convenient if doing business down-town Stockholm!

Normally to expensive - but...

During the corona pandemic everything gets a little harder, but the staff made sure to help in a safe way. It's a wonderful location, and the hotel is well equipped. They had a special price (surely because of the pandemic and thereby few guests), so we had a little more expensive room at the top floor with a spectacular view.

The price is to high! If the pandemic didn't make (most) people stay at home, the prices would have been much (!) higher, and we wouldn't have considered this hotel. But "in these times" the prices were much better and we were quite satisfied!

A clean and nice hotel

The breakfast was on top. I liked the room we stayed in (premium room with panoramic view). The staff was very accommodating too.

The toilet was too small. I though it would be bigger because of the photos I saw when I booked. I also hoped I could stay on the top floor when the question came and asked me what I want the staff to know before I come and visit the hotel. The person at the counter didn't tell me about anything of that.

We were here for our wedding night. The front desk manager Maria was extremely friendly and service oriented, the room was magnificant, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Really exceptional, and we will try to do this on every anniversairy.

The staff in here are very friendly, helpful and always support me to answer my questions. The food in the hotel are amazing. And the hotel got a ideal location for visitors to travel around not only for work but also for leisure.

It was comfortable mostly

Breakfast was good, however the heating in the room wasn't. One of the staff tried to enter the room without knocking which was wrong. Other than that the stay was good.

The staff which entered our room without knocking and the staff at reception were not very helpful about the area.

Amazing location with amazing views

Breakfast was delicious. Small amount of guests resulted in many benefits, such as extended check-out and room upgrade. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The breakfast was very good with a broad range of foods. The location is amazing.

It is slightly difficult to find the hotel if visiting Stockholm for the first time, since there are two Radisson Blu hotels very close to the central train station.

Absolutely worth it

I stayed in the lake view room and only for one night, but it is probably the best 4 stars hotel i’ve ever been to. Everything was really nice: The room, the view, the cleanness, the staff, the location and the breakfast.

Magnificent view from the top...

This was my second time in Radisson Waterfront. Incredible view really (at least from the upper floors). This is a 5-star-feel hotel. Although it might be missing some amenities to be officially called 5-star, the feel is perfect. The view from the upper floors helps a lot to make this hotel exceptional, but also the quality beds, beddings, the room lighting, and the general cleanliness. They even have Chromecast in their TVs and so you can broadcast what videos you want from your mobile/tablet/laptop. The pricing is very good/value for money. If nothing change to the pricing, this would stay my permanent choice when visiting Stockholm P.S. If at some point you want to impress your partner during a new years eve, even if you are a Swede or a Stockholmer, it's a good idea to book a panoramic view room at the top floors and enjoy with some champagne a splendid firework show instead of spending much more money per person for another boring event :)

The furniture might look a bit tired, but not very much, nothing that breaks the deal, it is just that I find that if for example they were of a darker shading/colour this would add to the already nice style of the hotel rooms. But well this is a mistaken choice done when the hotel rooms were equipped, to change that now it would need a big investment. But if there are any plans for refurbishment, it would be nice to be taken on board this comment.

Panoramic windows!

Amazing view on the city! Excellent breakfast, the most tasty croissants you could find in hotels! Location- walking distance from old town, literally 10 steps from Central station where bus from airport arrives. Room is very quiet and clean.

Photos are precise but except one facility- bathtub. Later we learned Facility descriptions says "bath or shower" but would be nice to include photo of bathroom with shower as well to advertising page.

Home away from home

I like the location it was close to everything. They were nice enough to allow late checkout until 4pm. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The view of the room was beautiful. It was overlooking the city hall. There was a good connection of the wifi.

Fantastic hotel in the heart...

We got a room with fantastic view towards the city hall. The bed and bedding were fantastically comfortable. The personnel were very helpful and baring a kind attitude. The location of the hotel was very good just few meters away from the Central station.

The breakfast was much less wow than expected, most likely due to the considerable downsizing caused by Covid-19. The hand sanitizer used in the dispensers across the facility smelled pretty horrible as it was not the alcohol based type. Parking on premises was very expensive; 5x more expensive than on the streets with in a 5-10' walking distance from the hotel.

Fabulous view and location

Perfect location: it’s like 10-meter distance from the central station, easy to access train and metro, as well as the downtown area. Comfortable room and comforting service. Fabulous view from the window of the city hall and waterside. Strict measures on sanitation and protection.

Room space is more limited than expected. Not many choices of breakfast, which did not change through the three days, but the food was still good.

A very nice place to...

While you shouldn't expect a huge smörgåsbord at breakfast, you definitely should expect a very tasty one. Very good omelette and delicious croissants, natural apple juice and well-balanced coffee. A variety of beverages, a small kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Big comfortable bed. Warm floor in the bathroom. Astonishing view, falling asleep looking at Stadshuset is quite a special feeling. Almost all the places to visit are just around the corner.

Soundproofing is not ideal, though not bad. Shower splashes may end up outside of the shower area. I was lacking a shoehorn. I think, it is the first hotel I have stayed in without one. A mini-fridge, even a paid one, could be a good option.

The staff was wonderful, had good humor, Eva at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Since the hotel wasn't very busy my room was upgraded and I was able to stay until 6pm and got room service, all at no extra cost.

Location excellent, a very short walk to the central train station. Sound insulation of rooms very good, couldn't hear anything from outside. Room was extremely clean and tidy, a good size compared to others viewed online for Stockholm and a reasonable price. Friendly welcome on arrival.

I paid for breakfast but i didn't know that it opened at 6:30 and we were leaving at that hour. So i asked for breakfast to go, the personal checked if it was possible to fix something. I was a little bit disappointed that the bag only had a sandwich and 2 fruits. Not even water or milk. I could have checked the breakfast hours in advanced, but i was hoping for "more things" in the bag as i paid extra for the breakfast. A nice hotel like this one should have that kind of service.

Location couldn’t be better for arriving, leaving and getting around the city. Free upgrade to a water view and view of city hall! Room was clean, comfortable and huge! Will definitely stay again thank you!

Best view from the premium...

Very close to Cityterminal, like 3-4 minutes away from the station of the airport bus. It has the best view in town - you can see Gamla Stan, the Cityhall and the amazing water view (16th floor). The cleaning service is on point. Good breakfast - very good pancakes, fruits, yogurt, cereals, all in all, suits french breakfast lovers and british breakfast lovers. Very nice and helpful stuff, they also made it possible to check-out 3 hours later than the standard time with no aditional costs.

They could improve water pressure, because it was a bit low for our taste. Also it would be useful a soap holder. They do not provide bottled water, cuz the water is safe, but the bottle in the room has a rubber cover which gives water a weird smell and taste.

Location and room were both perfect. I didn't eat there, so I cannot comment on the food, but all staff were highly professional and accommodating/helpful.

The tap water went warm on the last morning...! No cold drinking water - however the ice machine provided ice cold water too so it was alright apart from brushing our teeth!

The location was superb with easy access to the train station and wonderful views. Our room overlooking the water was spacious, light and soundproof. The best bed we have slept on. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shared areas had a great vibe.

Friendly staff room was exceptional

The location was perfect for us to travel the city and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were first class and we were especially impressed by the young man that took care of us our last night at dinner. He suggested fabulous wines for us.

The worst thing about this hotel is going out the front door into a cloud of cigarette smoke! In future I would avoid conventions & delegates that have their meetings around the breakfast selections when we are trying to get out! WE ARE CANADIAN!!

perfect hotel in a perfect location

The hotel was so easy to get to from the airport. The Arlanda Express train practically arrives at the front door. Easy walk to ld town, shopping, sightseeing cruises and trains/buses/tram. The breakfast was delicious and a steal for the price. We also had the Christmas buffet dinner which was great as well. The room was very clean, new, and overlooking the water, town hall, and old town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was vey accomodating with a late check out so our baby could nap and a comfy rollaway for our older child. I woulx definitely stay here anytime I go to Stockholm.
