Disappointing

It was ok but nothing special

We had to wait 30mins to check in. There were 3 staff and 4 desks and they did not open up a 4th. When I complained they said it was because of the NY rush and everyone turning up. But as I explained to them this should have been expected and part of the business planning. Not impressed and will probably avoid Sheraton hotels.

3rd bedroom - bed & pillows were super comfy. Room well kitted out. Showers - excellent.

1st room had dirty face towels on shelf under basin. Alternative offered.......... 2nd room had towel/bathrobe draped over chair. Room had not been prepared. Alternative offered. 3rd room was 5th floor right above main road - discovered this having finally been given a decent room in late evening, at 7am. the next morning - noise disruptive!! A quiet room had been requested. Otherwise room at last was fine!! Breakfast buffet - unlike previous visits, had hardly any choices.

Heating system was terrible, It wasn't heating . we requested extra heater . I had a uncomfortable night .

very good coffee, good location, beautiful view from the window. There is a parking.

Very limited choice at breakfast and exactly the same everyday. Not all of the staff understand English or Swedish. Cleaning must be ordered. The elevator from the parking lot to the reception is not working. Additionally paid parking.

Absolute basic breakfast. Cleaning the room only on request. After we requested cleaning they changed the towels but did nothing else (like for example emptying the trash). Tried to call reception several times for minutes and they didn’t answer. Code for the reception toilet.

Room was large enough, location no complaints.

Room was dirty, roomservice was completely missing, the gym were missing internet connection and had broken equipment. The breakfast were a mess with staff that missed orders didn't remember what we ordered and the limited items on breakfast were very poor.

Disappointing

The headwaiter ..very helpful...thats all..

First we waited almost 45 minutes to check in because the room wasnt not ready yet when we came.. second..one of the lampshade wasnt working...they should check the bulb if its has to change ..third breakfast ...very dissapointed ..to think that i upggrated our room from classic to junior suite and payed more..since its my husband 50th birthday .

Location & view

Not clean enough as Sheraton standards , no coffee machine , little renovation would be great , the windows needs to get cleaned up or at least ability to open windows to enjoy the view i paid for

Viewed 6 rooms before find a less suitable option for 3 people, despite low occupancy the reception wasn't willing to upgrade as we didn't book direct with Sheraton. Requested late check out 3 hours extension as we had a late flight reception requested 60euro extra despite spend 1300euros on a 3 night stay.

The location was great, the hotel was very nice, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone else, just not my particular room.

I was right outside the fitness center and the door was slammed at all hours of the night. It would be nice if that door could be a much softer close.

The property was really old, needs immediate renovation to become a 5* hotel again. Room cleanliness wasn’t great, and staff were just there to do their job and leave, never trying for the something extra. Breakfast quality was so and so. In general terms I would say that it felt more like a 4* hotel than a 5*

Small room and bathroom with old and used aspect. The carpet seemed dirty. The towels weren't white as they should have been. The minibar was empty, if you wanted something, you had to order (this gave me a very bad impression, like they didn't trusted us and when you are thirsty in the middle of the night, you would appreciate it if you had something to drink...instead you had to order...?!)

The general comfort of the hotel was great - room size and room facilities were ok.

The room was dirty - the window sill was filthy, the floor in the room was dirty.

Extremely complicated check-in procedure. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive.

Very nice and complete breakfast. Service in the bar and restaurant is nice and friendly. Ask for Radu at the bar and his special cocktail.

The rooms are a bit outdated (beds are good though). Gym is really small and they recommend to use the machines for max. 30 minutes. I booked a complete scan of the back in order to get some massages but nobody showed up after 15 minutes of waiting. Finally I got some massage nearby with a third of the price. Finally I found it disgusting that I had to pay the price of the last breakfast for 2 persons although we left before the opening of the restaurant. I think the prices are already high enough so they don't have to force you pay extras.

Staff was nice

Decided to stay at Sheraton for our wedding night as was expecting a nice and big room for the occasion. Pictures looked very nice, but were not at all a representative of what the room looked like, maybe 10 years ago it was. Room felt run down and screaming for a refurbishment. Bathroom had a terrible sewer smell that spread across the whole room. We spent significant amount for the suite but it was nothing but disappointment. Family of ours stayed at At Six hotel and normal room which is cheaper looked way better than superior rooms at Sheraton. Overall, completely disappointed in the brand and specifically this hotel. Feel like it ruined the wedding celebrations and was completely not worth the money.
