The crew was very attentive, friendly and efficient.
Positiv: "The crew was excellent, especially the stewardesses."
Negativ: "Their wifi service is ridiculously expensive $32 and it doesn't work."
Positiv: "Air Crew was polite. Ground crew was the slowest and most inefficient group of people I've witnessed. There'd be 3 people working, but 2 of them would be talking to each other, letting the queues build up."
Negativ: "Ground experience was pretty terrible at the airport. Most likely I'd avoid flying through here again."
Positiv: "The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t."
Negativ: "The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all."
Negativ: "I could not cancel my flight. There is option to cancel only first 24h, then you have to call them and that doesn't work."

Negativ: "I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late."
Positiv: "Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok"
Positiv: "Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting."
Negativ: "My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me."
Negativ: "I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips"
Positiv: "Head rest not comfortable. Short distance okay not long one."
Negativ: "Plane is old i think. Take off and landing time plane some shaky and sound not pleasant."
Positiv: "I hope never to fly Scoot again."
Negativ: "Extremely rude and uncaring staff. I hate not being booked through with boarding passes. You have to wait in line at every stop, go through security and wait to get your ongoing boarding pass. The Scoot transfer people in Singapore are the most rude people I've ever met."
Negativ: "I am not sure why they were delayed."
Negativ: "You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this"
Positiv: "Loved the tinted windows on the Dreamliner! And the rainbow lights at the end of the flight. Scoot personal were excellant!"
Negativ: "Things to know: Need to download an app before getting on the flight to get ScootTV. Plane was a little loud."
Positiv: "There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that."

Positiv: "Personal was friendly and helpful. Check in was fully automated and the personal helped us with it, since was new to us. Plane was clean and toilets were cleaned during the flight."
Negativ: "There was no free meal and drinks. Usually for flights above 2h you have to get free water at least. Seats are very tight and uncomfortable. Not enough space for the legs."
Positiv: "Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional."
Negativ: "Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers."

Positiv: "Food are excellent. Legroom is good for a budget airlines. Crew are nice"
Negativ: "The process to check and pay for a bag at the airport was ridiculous. We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."

Negativ: "If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."
Positiv: "Der Flug war pünktlich und schneller als geplant am Ziel. Die Dame beim Check-In hat uns aufgrund unserer Größe netterweise an den Notausgang platziert - ohne Nachfrage!"

Positiv: "The crew was really nice, saw them help several people put their luggage in the overhead bin."
Negativ: "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow. And on top of that we paid too much to check in a bag when we arrived at the airline desk because we didn't include it through our Kayak booking. Had we known there was a method to follow, we would have to avoid the excessive fee."

Negativ: "Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."
Negativ: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."
Negativ: "Going from one hot country to another so had no need for a winter coat... it was so cold on that flight I caught a cold"
Negativ: "I could not get on time at airport for check in, because the train got stuck 25min. When I got the counter 45min. Before the flight leaves, they told me that the flight is closed and they can not do anything to help me!!!"
Positiv: "Effizient. Getränke etc kosten extra"
Positiv: "Boarding was quick and plane embarked on time. ScootBiz seats pretty comfortable although don’t seem to recline much more than economy. Overall good flight though."
Positiv: "We were given the opportunity to bid for an upgrade which was totally worth it! We will definitely fly with Scoot again."
Negativ: "The seat and tray table is greasy and dirty and there are two cracked holes in the arm rest!"
