"The flight attendant was terrible her name was chauvan"

Positiv: "The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful."
Negativ: "My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best."

Negativ: "Wouldn’t let us take our carry-on because they had overbooked and had no more room in overhead. Delayed our first flight and then our connecting flight left *early*. (If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Negativ: "Delta seats in Economy are smaller (narrower) compared to their competitors."

Positiv: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."
Negativ: "Not being on time. Not delivering service stated. Sitting on a taxi way for extra time. Having to disembark down steep slippery stairs, basically an emergency exit. This trip was late from start to finish."

Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey into two glasses! We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit."

I lost valuable time at the airport and almost missed the flight. Chaotic and unexpected baggage problems before boarding to Dallas: the board luggage, same as we had on the way over, was not accepted and had to be checked in. Problem since we had to move laptop, etc. before the actual boarding. Attendants not as professional as they should be. Also seats were changed -- I was not able to sit with my daughter who regularly gets travel sickness. Overall not a good experience. But the worst: changing airlines and not being informed!!!!"

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."

Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Negativ: "The seats in economy are too close to the row in front and too narrow. You can barely move. Its claustrophobic, even for a person not prone to it. I had to upgrade my seat to avoid this as I was in those horrid seats on the trip over. Crew from the late arriving flight should have announced the connecting flight delay well before landing at DFW. The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time."

What caused my discomfort during the flight was not due to British Airways or American Airlines, but rather was a problem at the Frankfurt terminal. I could not take a bottle of water thru the security check and there was no water fountain after the security check. I have a lot of food sensitivities and cannot drink bottled water. It was only at the end of the flight when I was desperate for water that I discovered I could get some tap water from a flight attendant."

Negativ: "Es gibt 2x auf einem über 11 Stunden non-stop Flug was zum essen:Nach dem Start und einmal 1,5 Stunden vor der Landung. 9 Std. nichts. Wenn dann eine Stewardess helfen will mit einem kleinen Snack aber von einem Kollegin gebremst wird, dann finde ich das unverschämt!! "Wir machen keine Ausnahmen!""

Positiv: "The pilot and stewardess were very pleasant to chat with the stewardess was sweet, pleasant to chat with. All around enjoyable She likes her job as does the captain."
Negativ: "I fell getting out of my small seat breaking my glasses and hitting my head on the top of seat’nnn"

Negativ: "Our flight was canceled for no reason making us lose 1 day of vacation. The airline didn’t even bother to contact us."

Negativ: "When boarding, the agent said we had to check our rollaboards because they were our of overhead bin space. Hen we entered the plane, we saw that the entire back half of the plane had empty bins, but by that time it was too last to retrieve our bags."

Negativ: "was not able to checkin online. had to go to the counter and wait in line ot get checked in. this needs to be improved. unable to get Rouge entertainment once in the air. so couldnt watch movies. this should be expained while on the ground before take off."

Positiv: "I had a good amount of time between each flight, every plane was waiting at the gate when I arrived, every flight arrived early."

Positiv: "Once the plane boarded it was a smooth flight."
Negativ: "The airline said that it needed to take on additional fuel due to bad weather, which would make the plane overweight. This meant that nearly half of the passengers who bought tickets would not be able to fly. Thos made boarding stressful as they were randomly calling names. They were offering $2000 and a hotel and meals and a flight out the next morning. However I did not have flexible travel plans and the stress of hoping to be allowed to board was unpleasant."

Negativ: "We kept getting delayed by 20minutes (for 4 hours) without any communications/updates from the staff as to what the problem was or when a solution might be found."

Positiv: "Guter Komfort und gute Beinfreiheit zu den Vordersitzen so dass man auch nach einem Langstreckenflug von München nach San Francisco entspannt ankommt."

Negativ: "... und alles kostet extra: Bordunterhaltung, Essen, Bier."

Positiv: "Wir waren sehr knapp dran. Wir erreichten den Flieger nur, weil uns Airline Angestellte geholfen haben und wir durch den Flughafen gespurtet sind."

Positiv: "Great crew, took good care of passengers, lots of drinks available, direct flight with a decent price. The crew was helpful getting everyone seated."
Negativ: "The crew had just spent an hour passing out drinks, which is great, but no one could use the rest room. Tnen the seatbelt signs were flipped on to prepare for landing which wasn't for another hour. So no one was allowed to use the restroom for the last 2 hours of flight after all those great drinks, and kids were crying, it was a mess."

Positiv: "Every member of the crew was really helpful, especially since I had a cello with me. They helped me with tips on how the airport and their boarding system worked, and I'm sure they are just as good with families and people carrying heavier luggage."

Negativ: "I had about an hour layover in which I had time to use the restroom and buy lunch. I did these things, then went to wait at the assigned gate. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, they changed the departing gate for my connecting flight. The concourse area is so crowded and noisy, and announcements are only heard in the immediate gate are, that, though I was sitting only one gate over, I did not hear the boarding calls and missed my flight. I sat in Newark airport for six hours (which included a maintenance problem, gate change and 1 more hour delay) until the departure of the next flight to Burlington."

Negativ: "Not enough legroom for someone 6'5"."

Negativ: "Coffee was not available, couldn't get the machine to work. I thought the stewardess could of at least offered and extra bag of snacks."

Positiv: "Nothing."
Negativ: "Again, United changed my original departure time from Burlington, VT to San Diego (via Chicago) from 10 am to 6:30 am. This meant an overnight stay in Burlington and loss of sleep and my free breakfast. In addition, I was stuck with 4+ hr layover in Chicago. The Chicago terminal was a mass of swarming people. Horrible!"

Negativ: "ABSOLUTELY ZERO EMPATHY WHEN 2 MINUTES LATE TO GATE... Was actually mean and let 2 airline crew on while we stood there... plane there... our bags on... especially when United needs a better profile!!"
