When we recently tried to board a plane in Inchon, Korea for a return flight to San Francisco we were told that we could not board though the gate labeled "Elite/Gold Club members" but had to stand in the long line of Economy class customers. When I asked "Why", I was told it was for Star Alliance Gold Club members, not Asiana Gold Club members. There was no indication on the sign there was a difference. Don't get me wrong, I'm not so disturbed about standing in the long line. I was upset because of the implied difference in the Star Alliance Gold Club benefits vs. Asiana Gold Club benefits and, as far as I am aware, the unpublished differences so when we as customers are at the airport trying to operate within the system, we know what to do. Please confirm there is a difference and what those differences are. Jerry"

Somehow a very tight connection still was met, but my baggage did not make the connection. So far (one day later) they have located one of my bags and said it will be delivered soon. The other is still missing."

Negativ: "Normal economy seats aren't made for people over 5'5". You'll also probably have a hard time if the only language the know is English because while the crew try very hard, a lot of what they say in English is close to unintelligible."

Negativ: "It catered to our unique (Muslim) food and satisfied our needs. They paid special attention to my physical needs that required a wheelchair. The cabin crew were especially helpful. Thank you!"

Negativ: "Food and seats were mediocre at best. Two of the flight attendants that we had the displeasure to experience appeared irritated and when asked for a glass of water we had to wait 30 minutes (after asking three times). On top of that, once we arrived to Tokyo they lost our luggage. We kept phoning the Tokyo desk, but then the airline went on strike and our calls were left unanswered. Japan Airlines, which handles all baggage for all carriers in and out of Narita couldn't do anything either. When they were finally operational I phoned again for two more days with no offer of compensation for additional clothing that we had to buy. Finally on the 7th day they indicated they found the luggage and it never left SF!"

Airbus entertainment system worked, meals were hot, tea and beer flowed freely, seats were packed but not as tightly, restrooms stayed clean. Sit on the right side to enjoy views of Alaska and Japan coastlines and twilight fishing vessels."

Positiv: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Negativ: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Very dissatisfying experience. I take over 50 flights a year - worst assistance experience ever."

Negativ: "1. I am not sure if your crew members could speak English or not. I didn’t understand what they were talking about or what was happening. 2. The plane took off under extreme thunderstorm. I am not sure if this was safe to do so but the plane was extremely bumpy, going down rapidly for about 30 minutes. The whole cabin was then in chaos. People started turning up, crying and writing last words. However, your crew members GAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS, BROADCASTING OR UPDATES ON WHATS GOING ON. What they did was mocking around with each other in Cantonese. 3. This would be my last time travel with you - I was your loyal customer since student time. But after this awful experience I chose not to go with you anymore."

Negativ: "Diesen Flug habe ich auf Grund des vorangegangenen verspäteten Fluges versäumt. Leider habe ich weder eine Erklärung noch eine Entschuldigung erhalten, sondern musste mein Gebäck neu einchecken und war alles in Allem über 30 Stunden unterwegs. Bisher ohne Stellungnahme einer Airline ...."

Negativ: "Ich wurde aus unerfindlichen Gründen auf einen früheren Flug umgebucht. Dieser hatte soviel Verspätung das er später als mein ursprünglicher Flug startete. Leider habe ich dadurch meinen Anschlußflug in Peking verpasst und wurde erneut umgebucht und habe dann über einen Umweg nach Zürich mein entgültiges Ziel erreicht."

Negativ: "Der Service war unterstes Niveau. Angefangen vom Boarding, wo man jugendliche Traveller vor Familien mit kleinen Kindern das Fugzeug „stürmen“ ließ. So ging es leider weiter, ständige, sich wiederholende Durchsagen, viel zu warme Heizung, was mit „ Vorschrift bei Nachtflügen“ rechtfertigte."

I have to run in the dark nearly 2 km to catch 1:20 am CA 429 to Sydney Australia. Really bad international service in Chengdu Shuangliu!!"

I had to reach my destination on time by 17th of November 2017 to attend my marriage ceremony but unfortunately i missed and had to bear a great loss. THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A COMPENSATION AND REFUND FOR MY FLIGHT."
