The promotion and/or advertisement saying that I have eight hotel for me to rest in Xiamen or a city tour. After I arrived there.all of those was saying nothing provided today. all I can have is leading me to a lough where just seats, tables for passenger to sit there. provided tea, water, Chinese made coke with natural temperature no ice . just sit there for 7 hours to wait for my connection flight to LAX
Positiv: 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Negativ: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.

Negativ: Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.

Negativ: 2hr delay at JFK resulted in missing my connecting flight to Dubai. The drink and meal service was awful. I tried calling for an attendant using the help button and they didn’t respond at all.

Negativ: They do not offer liquor in an international flight. Long wait for baggage at SVO. Entertainment service has poor usability.

Negativ: With the exception of one Asian cabin crew, others were cold. Food has worsened on Lufthansa. Portion and quality are not as good as 1 year ago. I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat.

Negativ: The boarding was very chaotic. Very few institutions or announcements made by ground crew. Passengers weren’t sure where to queue being that there were multiple gates for the A380-800 and were left asking each other and comparing boarding passes. Little to no air circulation in economy.

Can't be single line for all passengers which creates chaos (people stand in 1 queue for almost an hour to board) 3. Meal option reserved/requested (hindu veg or indian veg) was not correctly honored.

Negativ: Disembarked at Helsinki unto a bus. Despite landing roughly on time, this antiquated procedure effectively made the flight 20 mins late, as that’s when the passengers got to the terminal.

Positiv: Asiana is a good airlines. But my flight was crowded with unruly Hindu and Sikh families. Their demands and uncivilized behavior made it unpleasant for me and for the hardworking Asiana flight attendants. Flights departing from the US are much better because the passengers are better behaved. But the behavior of large loads of incoming immigrants are generally deplorable. This is especially intense in coach.
