Negativ: I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment.
Negativ: Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.

Positiv: I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again.
Negativ: Katastrophale Airline. Ich habe online ein zusätzliches Gepäckstück gebucht. Dieses schien allerdings am Flughafen im Netzwerk nicht auf. Da die Fluggesellschaft (Air Serbia) telefonisch nicht erreichbar war (auch auf Anfrage Flughafenpersonals wurde nicht geantwortet), musste ich das Gepäckstück erneut zahlen. Derzeit versuche ich Air Serbia wegen dieser Causa zu erreichen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg. Darüber hinaus hat der Flug sowohl bei der Hin- als auch der Rückreise Verspätung.

Negativ: Ii was not allowed for me to board because the Agean staff is not coached properly do understand what the documents needed to pass Russian border. My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway.

Positiv: -maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work.

I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something.

You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up.

Negativ: Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit.
Positiv: The crew was very friendly, the food was surprisingly delicious and despite weather conditions being rough and causing significant turbulence the pilot handled it well and landed so smoothly I could honestly barely tell we had landed!
Negativ: The seats were pretty comfortable for economy seats but still could have been a bit more comfortable. The standard leg room could be increased as well as overhead storage

Positiv: Da ich bisher noch nie mit Pegasus geflogen bin, hatte ich mir den gesamten Ablauf und die Situation viel unangenehmer vorgestellt. Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)

We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...
Negativ: I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!
