Negativ: Wieder zwei Stunden Verspätung

Negativ: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Positiv: On time, clean on the plane.

Negativ: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Positiv: Flight crew was great. Enough leg room

Negativ: Seats that recline

Negativ: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Positiv: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Negativ: no delay!

Negativ: Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war.

Positiv: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Negativ: Everything should've been planned better.

Positiv: Fast and short security and border time at FDN. Excellent transport connections to the airport. Pilot kept us informed as we needed to discontinue our first landing attempt.

Negativ: Lower temperature at arrivel in London. Toilet with door handles at FDN

Positiv: Very little to like flying like this

Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Positiv: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Negativ: Die Sitzgurte sind eeeextrem kurz

Negativ: The provision for speedy borders Roger passports check flying out of Schönefeld airport is poor. Just asking SBs Togo to the front causes friction and arguments. Saw it happening a few times just today.

Positiv: The flight was 9hr each leg which is not baf of elder people. The food was fine. Entertainment was good. Austin to london flight was a little spacious and comfortable.

Negativ: You need to display gate information for connecting flight well in advance for thr elder people to get to the gate on time. We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight.

Positiv: The flight was super relaxed and comfortable. We really loved the Magnum ice cream at the end of the flight.

Negativ: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Positiv: Food was extremely good for economy & professional & experienced cabin crew.

Negativ: 747 showing its age!

Negativ: British Airways is the only airline I’ve flown that doesn’t off free water.

Positiv: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Positiv: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Negativ: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Negativ: The way they collect trash in the plane after serving food looked a little primitive. The crew walks around without trash bags and picks up passengers' trash and just stacks them on their arms or on their cart. I have traveled with BA many times in the past 40 yrs, and i don't remember this scene. Either I was not paying attention, or this is the new policy???!!

Positiv: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Negativ: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Negativ: Flight 2 hours late. Airplane barley cleaned out. Smelly and stuffy air. And it is of course always do great flying into gatwick and then having to pay another 35£ total to get to east london. Horrible airport tranfers. Late trains.

Positiv: Quick flight and boarding

Negativ: They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown

Negativ: Perhaps seats just a bit more confortable. Overall a very good airline

Positiv: Only the speed of the flight. The seat was terrible! No pitch, no room, squeezed in like sardines. The crew spent most of their time hawking BA products. Embarrassing.

Negativ: More room! It was excruciating, and I am not a large person. The boarding process was chaotic and confused. Took a very long time. The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair.
