A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Negativ: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Take out a few rows and add a premium economy section - that would be awesome! Plus the plane we flew on was old - still had ash trays. The attendants, while courteous were not very friendly and cocktails poured were not very good. And, the charger in my seat did not work - bummer. while I appreciate very much uneventful and safe flights to and from our destination, I will more than likely not fly Asiana again. I don't like giving poor reviews, but you can't know to fix something if you don't know it is broken."

The food was terrible, and the seats were not made for long flights. I really felt the "economy" vibe. They only provide disposable slippers, but everything else you need to check the lavatories if there were toothbrushes or mouthwash packets left. Overall, I will still consider flying this airline for any emergency flight back to the US, but if there will be a compeittive airline, maybe i'd try another. Their business class seem enticing.. maybe comsoder it too."

Negativ: "Well I paid for the flight and bought insurance to visit my fiancé for Christmas. A few days later I found out my fiancé was cheating on me, so I tried canceling the flight. My reason wasn't good enough and it didn't matter that I'd bought insurance. I will never go through this trash of a site or its insurance again."

Positiv: "I flew Cathay Pacific from New York to Seoul. It was an ok flight, Cathay Pacific has great reviews online, however the seats were cramped, the entire flight was full and the food was just ok. I stared flying Asiana Air between Tokyo and Seoul, and then I changed my return flight home to this airline. The airline had great service, delicious meals. I was even served meals on the 2 hour flight between Tokyo/Seoul both ways."

Negativ: "Das Boarding lief total chaotisch ab, erst wurden wir zu Fuß über den halben Flughafen geleitet, am Gate mussten wir lange auf einen Bus warten und dieser fuhr dann wiederum über den halben Flughafen zurück bis ganz ans Ende wo das Flugzeug stand. Im Flugzeug war es bereits sehr voll, so dass wir nicht unbedingt freundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurden, dass wir eventuell nicht unser gesamtes Handgepäck mitnehmen können. Schließlich fand sich doch noch ein Platz in den Staufächern der Business Class, mit dem Hinweis, da hätten wir aber nochmal Glück gehabt."

Positiv: "Es gab zwar eine kleine Verspätung aber diese und deren Ursache wurden am Gate angesagt. Nettes und effizient arbeitendes Bordpersonal und freundlich vorgetragene Begrüßung, Ansagen und Verabschiedung. Flug war ruhig und entspannt. Gerne wieder!"

Positiv: "Flug war über pünktlich, wenn auch die fehlende Parkposition in Frankfurt den Zeitgewinn wieder wett gemacht hat. Einstieg war problemlos. Crew sehr motiviert und mit Freude bei der Sache."
