I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

Positiv: "Der Flug hatte 30 min Verspätung, da aber alles glatt geregelt wurde und ich dann direkt zum Anschlussflug konnte, hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. Verpflegung war großartig, man hat sich auch leicht zurecht gefunden."

Positiv: "One of the best services on a shorthaul flight in business class! What impressed me the most: the flight attendants were incredibly attentive and so kind - took time to chat with us etc. Besides that excellent service. I didn’t even miss personal screens, and that says a lot!"

Negativ: "I have been flying for a while but it is so difficult to find out what fare class you have. the website is not helpful with bag check in information. $90 is way too much to check in a bag especially for an international flight the line at Lisbon for passports is way too long"

Negativ: "Beim Online-Check-in ist es nur möglich, die Boarding-Karten auszudrucken und nicht aufs Handy zu senden. Wer nimmt schon seinen Drucker mit in den Urlaub! Deshalb stand am Check-in-Schalter dann eine Mega-Schlange an, obwohl der Online Check-in vorher schon erfolgt war. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Flugpersonals. Kopfhörer für die Fernseher müssen gekauft werden (2,50 €). Der Verkauf beginnt jedoch erst eine Stunde nach dem Start. Bis dahin kann man sich mit Lippenlesen beschäftigen. Die Kaffeebewirtung wurde ab der Hälfte des Flugzeuges unterbrochen wegen Turbulenzen. Verständlich! Nur wurde der Rest der Passagiere danach nicht mehr bedient. Wer unbedingt Kaffee wollte, konnte einzeln in der Besatzungskabine nachfragen. Die Toiletten müssten bei einem Langstreckenflug unbedingt zwischendurch einmal gereinigt werden."

Positiv: "Beide Flüge (FRA-Madrid und Madrid-Mallorca) waren pünktlich. Da wir in Madrid über 5 Stunden Aufenthalt hatten, sind wir mit dem Taxi zum Prado gefahren und haben uns 2 1/2 Stunden dort die wunderbare Gemäldesammlung angesehen. Das Personal war höflich und freundlich."

Negativ: "Die Sitze waren ungemütlich und nicht weit genug zurückklappbar. Die Kopfhörer waren kostenpflichtig. Man musste sich seine Getränke ständig selbst holen."

Negativ: "Our flight attendant did not smile ONCE! At check in , we had the good fortune to be carrying exceptionally small carryons. However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."

Negativ: "they didn't bring for all the passengers that ordered a kosher meal."

Positiv: "I'm a big guy, 6ft 4in, over 300lbs and I had an exceedingly comfortable 6 hour flight. Staff was friendly and just the right amount of interactive."

We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Positiv: "It was a cheap flight but I didn't feel like I was cattle."
Negativ: "The boarding was inefficient. There weren't any zones called or anything."

Negativ: "As a musician all it takes is one flight attendant to make your trip a nightmare. Every flight is a game of cat and mouse to get your instrument on board. I was told there wasn't enough room, in the end half the over heads were empty."

Positiv: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Negativ: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

Negativ: "the transfer took 30 minutes - why land in the most distant place in the airport to transfer to next flight. get your logistics together."

Negativ: "The plane was stroked by a lightning, the flight was awful and the logistics after the incident . Terrible experience"

Positiv: "Nothing."
Negativ: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Negativ: "Had to pay for baggage and boarding was a hassle, driven on a bus for about 10 mins, had to wait to board etc."

Positiv: "The staff were very kind, communicated well (I'm English speaking only), and the entertainment and food were decent. No internet for me, as it was pay only, even on a transatlantic flight. I would likely fly with them again."
