Die Besatzung halt normal für Italien arrogant, aber ehrlicherweise nicht alle. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich kompetent und nicht typisch italienisch kaotisch. Man darf Alitalia halt nicht mit der Lufthansa oder Air France vergleichen. Ich kenne es sogar mit British. Selbst da geben sie sich Mühe. Sei es auch in der Eco kulturbeutel, Glas Wasser nachsem Einstieg, sogar warme Erfrischungstücher in der Eco. Gerne hätte ich auch die Stimme des Piloten gehört, aber das ist scheinbar bei AZ nicht so üblich. Aber, jetzt kommt das große aber, für den Preis absolut OK. Warum jemand teures Geld für die Business Class ausgibt ist wirklich fraglich.

I found this to be very odd since I booked a multi-city flight through Kayak. I was also unable to use TSA pre-check with Alitalia, which was inconvenient.

Positiv: Some of the staff who speak Korean were very nice, but most of the staff were smiling at me when I asked them questions in English, but they were not very friendly. Also, it was hard to get on the plane because the seats were too narrow and uncomfortable.

Negativ: The transfer at Moscow airport is too slow. A huge jumbo jet of over 200 passengers gets re-checked only by two teams of security check assistants. Elderly and families are eager to pass the check-point as quickly as possible. And those guys in the airport are just not seeing the problem.
Positiv: The aircraft was not too bad. Little things like slippers and pillows made it comfy.
Negativ: The service was horrible. From the moment we checked in at JFK we had a problem. The crew was nasty and they called the port authority police on us. The police agreed that they get lots of complaints from this airline. The crew on board was just as nasty. If you spoke russian you got treated better.

Positiv: It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .
