Negativ: "Departure time was 14:47. To be in waiting area 13:47. We started "boarding" (getting on the bus) at app 14: 17 or so. That's when the "fun" started. Bus arrives at plane, which apparently was all but ready for boarding (the stairs were not at plane. Must have waited (with two buses behind us) for half hour or more. Then the stairs were moved to the plane for boarding (or so we thought). Bus driver moved to the stairs, but cocky co-pilot found it more important to argue with bus driver. At certain point, we drove off again, with one bus following and other bus, believe it or not, went on plane. Back at the waiting room, absolutely NOBODY provided info. Police was brought into the waiting area for "comfort". Back to the plane at 16:00 or something. So far, no excuses, or explanations. At certain point the cocky co-pilot and captain were "exchanged" for new cockpit crew. At that time it seemed the announcement system wasn't working properly. Engineers on board etc. At 17:17, 2.5 hrs after scheduled departure, the captain welcome's passengers. As if NOTHING has happened, no apologies and/or explanations for 2.5 hr delay!!!! It is shocking how the crew dealt with this and the complete lack of respect for its passengers!!!!"

"Zunächst wird bei der Lufthansa eine gegenderte Drohung ausgesprochen, nämlich, wenn die Gäste die Maske abnehmen sollten und sich den Anweisungen der Crew widersetzen sollten, würden die polizeilichen Organe am Bestimmungsort informiert. Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet."

One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. I GET THATS IT DIFFICULT TO TRAVEL WITH BABIES AND KEEP THEM ENTERTAINED WHICH IS WHY ITS BETTER TO BE AROUND OTHER PARENTS IN THE SAME SITUATION. THEY CAN SUPPORT EACH OTHER."

Customs and security were confusing, inefficient, and staffed by people who had little patience. There was much yelling and running around., there appeared to be little sympathy or concern for the dozens of passengers who were attempting to make connecting flights, and it was ridiculous to announce that security closed at 9p.m. .when there were planes on the runway awaiting connecting passengers and people with boarding passes who were not allowed to catch their flights."

Negativ: "My girlfriend and I booked our flights about 10 months in advance and had selected seats next to each other for all of our Air Canada Flights. Somehow all of these seats were changed without an update to us. We did not sit together at all on any of our flights and were put in middle seats, which is not what we originally requested. We were both very upset with this as some of these were long flights."

Negativ: "This was the last leg of a 24 hour journey from Venice to Seattle for my sister and me. After having a 3 1/2 hour layover, our plane was supposed to leave at 6:30 PM and kept getting delayed. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication by the staff! We could see them at the counter where our gate was but no one would come out and talk to us! Our plane finally got off the ground at 8:30 PM!"
