Positiv: Amazing crew and Ground staff. Check in and bag check in was really smooth and fast.

Negativ: Maybe some more options of snacks. In flight entertainment was not working so can’t say much about it.

Negativ: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.

Positiv: Yes, the seat was good. The crew was good. The food was average.

Negativ: Diversity (for the food) and free alcohol (1-2 drinks are reasonable for 11 hours flight)

Positiv: Flight was delayed 2.5hr and all they did was give meal vouchers for $10 CAD while we were shut in the airport since it closed around us.

Negativ: Don’t allow screaming babies/kids on the flight next time

Positiv: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Negativ: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Negativ: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Positiv: Flight was on time. Boarding was quick.

Positiv: It’s nice to be in a plane fitted with modern conveniences. Great entertainment options.

Negativ: I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover.

Negativ: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Positiv: They had a movie screen with movies available. Even though the trip was short, it was nice to have that option.

Positiv: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Positiv: The plane was brand new!

Negativ: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Positiv: It was ok...I always find paris-jeddah better than Frankfurt-jeddah (in food service, plane size, entertainment...etc)

Negativ: Food level need to improve...The chicken meal was not well prepared, and the chicken needed to be cooked well... flight attendent was nice and switched to a beef meal.

Positiv: Indifferent crew and confused/disorganised service!

Negativ: I would fly with Air Canada instead and not Air Transit.

Negativ: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Negativ: Should enforce limits on carry on items which causes boarding delays and inconveniences. Some people with large personal items and backpacks and carry on take multiple storage spaces in overhead bins.

Negativ: More leg room in economy class seating. Very little recline of seats. It is torture flying on a Boeing 777 for 8 hours in economy.

Negativ: Tried to select my seat 2 weeks out from flight. Was told by multiple delta employees I can only change at the gate. Was unable to change seat and ended up getting downgraded to middle seat middle row. Rude flight staff that barked at the passengers

Positiv: Nothing. I flu form FLL to Yul and back. I have 3 hours delay each time. At the beginning they announce 1 hour and after that nothing. No explanation why.

Negativ: Continued. In my way back my seat was on the back of the plain. As soon I take my seat an urine smell hit my nose. All passengers around me complain about same issue. Soon we find out both back restroom have no water. We have to endure that smell all trip. NO MORE Air Canada. Is the 3rd bad experi
