Positiv: Crew and flight were great. overall excellent experience.

Positiv: We came with a baby and were assigned a bassinet seat. The service was great. The food was excellent. The seats were comfortable.

Positiv: One of the crew members, a male, was very nice.

Negativ: •We boarded and consequently landed late, which caused my cousin to miss his connecting flight, coupled with the long customs process upon landing. There was no accommodation given to my cousin so I have to take him back home with me and then drive 2 hours tomorrow morning to bring him back for his new flight. •The charger ports for our seats were not working, which means we were 8 hours + without a phone. •One female flight attendant had a bad attitude and dropped pretzels in my lap after I turned to quickly ask my cousin a question regarding what drink he wanted. •The plane landing was one of the most reckless I’d ever witnessed.

Positiv: It was ok

Negativ: Two flights were both late Had to run to gate Luggage delayed

Positiv: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Negativ: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Positiv: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Negativ: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Positiv: Not a lot.

Negativ: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Positiv: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Negativ: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Negativ: No food

Negativ: Don’t let me book my seats on line and then tell me “not for this fare” ($1700) at the airport. We have special needs and were not accommodated

Negativ: Plane boarded on time but then sat and waited for many more late people. Then we sat for 45 minutes and didn’t move.

Positiv: On time

Positiv: Yes crew was amazing

Negativ: May be more frequent hydration

Negativ: The plain from LGA had to return to the gate for maintenance, it made to ROC almost on time.

Positiv: Nice helpful crew, plane was clean, arrived ahead of schedule

Negativ: Nothing much

Positiv: The crew was very nice.

Negativ: I think the airline should offer something to eat on these long flights. For example, a small sandwich & a drink.

Positiv: Everything was very good except that it would be nice to include a small free snack with the drink, ie. Pretzels.

Negativ: The worst part was that we waited an hour for our luggage afterwards. This caused us to almost miss our ferry connection (last one of the day). Also when we finally got our luggage it was soaking wet (I had a backpack and my clothes inside was wet!) so clearly the luggage had been standing out in the rain for quite some time.

Negativ: Weather did not cooperate, not airlines fault....

Positiv: The crew was so awesome. The food was awesome. Please note that we were in Saga Club so I am not speaking to economy.

Negativ: Tv unit was broken in my seat.

Positiv: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Positiv: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Negativ: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Positiv: Despite being a short flight, they gave food

Positiv: The gluten free meals were quite good. Everything seemed clean.

Negativ: The plane was small for a transatlantic flight. The entertainment was not easy to find/access.

Negativ: We parked at the furthest possible gate in international. Ridiculous walk!!

Positiv: They had very bad service for 5 hours flight I asked two times I need a coffee but they didn’t give it for me and on that time I saw they serviced for two another guys just they said to me “we come back to you” but unfortunately they didn’t come back. No facilities for calling the crew. I am very angry for my flight Toronto to Vancouver specially the bad crews.

Negativ: See and train the crew and look for your services for 5 hours flight.

Positiv: hilarious crew and they were very helpful

Negativ: seating was so uncomfortable and i'm petite/slim. the bathroom wreaked and the toilet seat would not stand up alone

Positiv: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Negativ: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Positiv: Nothing to like

Negativ: No entertainment, un friendly crew, terrible food

Positiv: The crew was amazing. They left snacks and drinks out in between service.

Positiv: Friendly staff and smooth boarding process.

Negativ: British Airways charge you for water. However the flight attendant did her best and brought me a glass of water. It is the first time that water is not courtesy form an airline.

Positiv: Everything.

Negativ: better assistance for people on wheelchairs in the airport.

Negativ: Sorry the attitude to help people after a cancelled flight is sucks,

Positiv: Amy was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! One of the best flight attendants l have ever met.

Positiv: Crew were accommodating. Not enough leg room.

Negativ: More elbow and leg room.

Negativ: Cramped seats. No IFE. Chaotic boarding. Luggage missed flight.

Positiv: The crew was nice.

Negativ: Everything is too cramped. The sound on the entertainment unit is terrible.

Negativ: Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!

Positiv: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Negativ: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Positiv: Boarding/ticketing/getting off the plane was all super efficient and quick. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Made traveling so easy and stress-free.

Negativ: Boarding procesa...an absolute mess

Positiv: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Negativ: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Positiv: Snotty crew. Had to pay 2+ Euros for a Coke. Untrained personnel in the airport check in

Negativ: If I had flown on Iberia

Negativ: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Positiv: On time arrival both ways, decent service

Negativ: Charges for advanced seat assignment on an international flight is ludicrous and unacceptable. Lavatory malfunction on return trip lead to unbearable smell at my seat.

Negativ: It turned around and we were stuck in Frankfurt for the night.

Positiv: I liked the part of entertainment, bunch of free movies we could watch

Negativ: the Meals. It could have been perfect when there was other options than vegetarian.

Positiv: Nothing.

Negativ: No notification to us, we found out through the news as we were checking in 24 hours prior. Thrived calling Lufthansa - their message actually told me to call back. When I tried to go online, our booked flight didn't even show up to change or cancel. Booked another flight from another city (Amnsterdam) at my own expense. Expect compensation from Lufthansa.

Negativ: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Positiv: The connection was way too tight.

Negativ: Hel-LAX flight was ok. LAX and connecting flight were bad, slow and delayed frequently.

Positiv: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.
