Negativ: The only company that constantly delays flights. Narrow and uncomfortable places in the business class. They waited 4 days for the suitcase! They are not responsible for receiving compensation for the delay in suitcases! Where to write and call?

Positiv: Great service. Friendly and accommodating.

Negativ: I don’t like the configuration of the biz class seats. They are in a row vs in pods. Not as private as other configurations.

Negativ: We couldn't enter the gate area until about 30 minutes prior. There wasn't anywhere else to wait so eveyrone nded up standing around the gate. Which blocked the hall to the restrooms and ended with a lot of people standing at a store front.

Positiv: Crew was fine. Didn't really do much.

Negativ: No food or beverage served on this 1.5 hour flight unless you paid extra. Not even water. Had to pay extra to select seats. You could wait until the day of the flight and do it for free. I wish I was informed of this before purchasing the non-refundable ticket. BA "customer service" was absolutely no help on this front and merely reiterated their policy. They are NOT a premium carrier and their practices have relegated them to bargain carrier status. I will not fly BA again.

Negativ: Self-check-in at Munich was unnecessarily complex. Same for procedure to check in luggage. Also, the passport had to be inspected twice despite being already in the secure zone.

Negativ: DONT SHOW BAGAGE INCLUDED ON A BOOKING WHEN ITS ONLY INCLUDED FOR 1 WAY! I HAD TO SHELL OUT 40 EURO TO CHECK MY BAG BECAUSE OF THIS!

Positiv: The crew was very nice and the brand new airplane was pretty awesome too.

Negativ: The whole boarding situation was horrible. Calling it out and have everyone stand in line,not by zone's,EVERYONE... Just to tell us all that they are not ready yet. Take off had a 45 minute delay which resulted in us barely making our connection,having to literally run through the whole airport with our kids. But our luggage didn't make it to Montreal so we have to go back today and pick it up.

No snacks or drink machines in boarding waiting area. Crew looked uninterested

Negativ: No gate due to early arrival which meant we had to wait for a coach which negated early arrival.

Positiv: The crew was wonderful and this is consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The salami sandwich provided was actually very good.

Negativ: The slimline seats were not very comfortable. I would hesitate to fly Lufthansa's narrow bodies for flights greater than 2 hours.

Positiv: It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .

Positiv: The crew was very helpful, gong out of their way as even bringing me camomile tea. It was lukewarm, it it’s the thought that counts.

Negativ: The seats were way too tiny on this giant airbus, even for me and my daughter-in-law who are both under 5 feet and under 100 lbs. te flight was torture. Food also was not as good as previous Lufthansa fare.
