Negativ: Very bad food my options were pork and vegetarian. Chicken finished.
Negativ: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.
Positiv: Service good. Staff good

Negativ: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.
Positiv: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.
Negativ: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.
Positiv: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)
Negativ: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.
Positiv: Nice seats. Only seats with a row of 2, which is what I wanted,
Negativ: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port
Positiv: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.
Negativ: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.
Positiv: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Negativ: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.
Negativ: stuck in Moscow airport for 12 hours due to delayed flight and missed connection.
Positiv: the food was delicious and the flight was smooth, the crew was friendly
Negativ: navigation for the tv was extremely difficult.
Positiv: The best crew ever. I was impressed with this airline
Negativ: They list checked our stroller in at the gate but didn’t give it back at our layover in Moscow 6 hour carrying a baby. And when we went to their desk immediately after getting off our plane from Sofia to Moscow they wouldn’t even call the plane to see if it was there.
Negativ: The plane, the arrival time and the service

Positiv: Left on time and arrived early
Positiv: The crew, the seats, the food, the overall experiencience were amazing

Negativ: Seats were very very narrow.
Positiv: The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
Negativ: There was no soap in the toilet...
Positiv: Well oiled service machine.

Positiv: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine
Negativ: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.
Positiv: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Negativ: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
Positiv: The plane and crew was very good
Negativ: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.
Negativ: 24 hour delay without accommodation is not acceptable !!
