Negativ: They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell.
Negativ: One of my checked baggage was lost.
Positiv: The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac
Negativ: The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?
Positiv: Seats in Dreamliner have a small pitch. The plane itself is awesome, crew is ok, food’s traditionally horrible.
Negativ: Pretty much everything

Negativ: Seats are cramped in coach. Fact of life for all carriers.

Positiv: Flight attendant in first class was amazing.
Positiv: Prior flight from Zagreb to Munich was delayed 1 hour due to inclement weather - not the airline's fault. However although I made my connecting flight, my suitcase didn't. I'm writing this the next day & waiting for my suitcase to be delivered.
Negativ: There was no announcement about the delay & the reason why. We found out by reading the board. The passengers found out from each other what caused the delay. Passengers would experience less anxiety if they were informed what's going on.
Positiv: On time good entertainment

Negativ: Very tide space made it impossible to survive 8h flight for a small person like me. Seats are to small and put to close together. I can’t imagine how a tall man can seat comfortably. All passengers around me complained about that. Boarding should be in groups not everybody at the same time. Although the flight was perfect and staff very nice the tide space makes me try another airline for my next trip

Negativ: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.
Positiv: Brussels airlines business class seats were the most comfortable I have sat in.
Negativ: The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room.
Positiv: Helpful crew
Negativ: No food except for purchase. Expected at least cup of coffee/crackers

Negativ: Some of these planes need improved entertainment systems. Half did not work.

Positiv: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Negativ: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?
Positiv: I liked the big 787 plane and the in flight entertainment with individual TVs!
Negativ: Not a huge fan of the captive audience announcements for the credit card and the meal pre-orders
Negativ: The flight attendant didn’t allow me to put my only one personal item I had (with no carry on) to the locker! He allows people from other seats to put their laguagges into my compartment!
Negativ: Flight delayed 2hrs - but no fault of the airline.

Negativ: 4.5 hour flight to international destination and no meal provided. As usual, if you want a snack pay more. Slow chaotic boarding.
Negativ: I know this flight was considered local so they get away with no serving food but Phoenix to Honolulu is 7 hours long. they need to consider that other passengers took that flight as connection to a previous flight mine was Charlotte to Phoenix 4:45 duration
Negativ: When allotting seats to seniors, BA could have been more considerate and not placed them in middle seats

Negativ: Check In mühsam, Gepäckstag beim Self Check In zum selbst ausdrucken, danach erst wieder anstellen, 2 Check in Agents, welche überfordert waren, pünktliches Einsteigen, dann 20 min warten im Flieger - Gepäck wurde erst eingeladen (war beim Check in schon klar, dass sich das nicht ausgehen kann), Snack dürftig und nicht erwähnenswert - Käsesandwich nähert sich der Grösse eines Tapas an, Wahnsinn, aber da dürfte man seitens der Fluglinie sparen/Gewinne machen können??? ...

Positiv: Plane was comfortable, twin prop, nothing special but as expected. Smoother than expected ride.
Negativ: Boarding was by bus, which had to keep stopping for moving aircraft. And it was a cold, wet & windy Dublin day!

Negativ: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.
Positiv: The crew were really helpful with people who had tight connections because of the delayed flight

Negativ: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
Positiv: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Negativ: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Positiv: most of the flight attendants were excellent except one particular one who was basically yelling at passengers. she had a a logo or a badage on her that identifies her as a manager or a crew lead. she had poor manners and need major improvement
Negativ: the seats are small and very small space in comparison to Lufthansa
Negativ: Too close for getting on as 3 passport checks seems redundant. Munich has very little signage to direct anyone. We do not live there so do not know the language.
Positiv: A bit of a delay but annoucements and alerts were perfect! Felt well informed, every step of the way. Crew was pleasant and efficient. Smoothe flight! Will be a pleasure to fly with you again!
Positiv: The professionalism and warmth of the staff, the food, the wet towels before a meal. We appreciated the constant supply of beverages to keep us hydrated.
Negativ: The disjointed announcements which kept disrupting the movie we were watching. It would be helpful to have one single announcement instead of breaking it up into several smaller units. We had a serious issue with a passenger in front of us who kept jamming his seat back into our knees. The flight staff did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. But the bottom line is that the seats are way too close together for such a long flight.
Positiv: The staff was communicative and genuine. The food was decent. Even though the flight arrived late I felt ok about it due to the direct communication of details about the situation. I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate.
Negativ: While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers.

Negativ: - The take off was delayed and we stayed in the plane for over 1 hour - When we landed we waited in the plane for over 40 min until we got to the gate
