I love the interesting and inspiring designs. Beautiful interior and great location in midtown Atlanta.
The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.
I liked the TRACE restaurant the food was great!!! The location of the W was wonderful restaurants and entertainment was just a walk away.
The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.
I was put in a handicap room and I'm not handicapped
Staff was friendly and lobby was nice. They had coffee and complementary breakfast items in the morning.
The room was pretty bad. Broken down furniture, chipped paint, and worn out leather were just a few things. Everything was very beat up and needed updated. For the price, I would definitely stay at another midtown hotel next time. This place feels like an upscale Motel 6.
All of the staff were courteous and affable. Location is excellent.
The "Whatever Whenever" service was terrible. We ordered room service twice. The first time we ordered, the staff member said we would receive our meal in 45 min or less. It arrived 1.5 hours later. The second time, the staff member said 30 min. We waited for 1.5 hours and decided to just call and cancel the order. We were still charged, even though we didn't receive our meal. Finally, on our departure, we requested some assistance with our bags. The staff member said someone will help us in 10min. An hour later we decide to just carry our bags to our car in the parking deck. We didn't mind waiting for these services. But if we are told something will come at a certain time, it should come at that time. Again The staff members were all courteous, but the services that they provide are not managed properly.
Unknowlegdeable staff. Arrived at 10 on a Sunday night. A kitchen was closed and their driver dropped us off at 2 restaurants that were closed.
The view, the staff, and location
Sink was rather difficult to deal with and parking was a bit of a problem
I thought the room was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was very accommodating in providing me with a late check out.
I ate at the bar twice and I thought the food was not great. I had a ceaser salad with shrimp and the sliders. The food was rather bland and I thought a hotel like the W would have better bar food.
Hip hotel in great location.
Rooms somewhat dated and worn.
Wasn't clear on the parking but $32 to pay for valet was a bit pricy and I was forced to do so because there was no where else shown to park...
