The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was clogged, and the television didn't work very well. The picture was very staticky and a lot of channels didn't come in well enough to watch.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Inability to control the room temperature other than using the ceiling fan. Also, the noise from the child in the adjacent room woke us in the early morning.

I walked up to my room and opened the door to find the tv on and clothes and wine on the table. They have me the key to someone else's room!!! I was so horrified and startled. This is such a huge security problem. The man at the front desk didn't even seem fazed. As a solo female travel I felt so uncomfortable in my room all night, wondering if they would give someone a key to my room. Absolutely inexcusable. The guests security and safety should be a #1 priority at all times, which they totally do not adhere to.
