A perfect paradise nestled in...

The apartments were well equipped and spacious. The manager and owner were so kind and hospitable. Made it even more enjoyable. Will defiantly return.

The hotel is only 20 meters from the Taxi and bus stand and is a 5 minute walk from the best views of the sunset in Santorini! The two guys who run the place were laid back and very helpful with everything that we needed. After we watched the sunset, we watched hundreds of people heading for the busses and taxis to get to their accomodations while we were already there!

We had sea views to the North, but buildings to the south blocked the caldera views.

Spacious apartment in small complex ideally located in the centre of Oia. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

It's hard to find something we didn't like but perhaps decor was a bit basic but we did have everything we needed.

Hotel is centrally located in Oia. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Facilities are basic but ideal if you are seeking self catering or wish to enjoy the local restaurants and bars. Stavros was extremely friendly recommending restaurants, booking transfers and making sure our stay was enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again.

The staffs were very kind and welcoming the guests. We have 3yr old kid and they were so kind and caring our kid. Very good location and having a pool was a plus!

The best thing about this hotel is location! It's just 1 minute walk to the main square, everything is so close. The room was clean and staff superfriendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location on the fringe of Oia, can walk everywhere and lots of transport or parking Nearby when you want to go to other places.

I liked the centrality of the location. Central but not noisy at all. It was a typical Island style accommodation and very comfortable for three people. Pool and bar were a bonus.

Found it easier to book our own catamaran cruise. Internet was a bit dodgy at times.

The location was superb. We had to walk two minutes to the Main Street in Oia and the views were breathtaking. Stavros and Yugros were so helpful they really made our stay so comfortable. Plenty of options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including mini markets and stores for basic needs. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family

Perfect location in the middle of Oia. It is the ideal place if you are looking to have a quiet, comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring Oia and the surrounding area. The pool is amazing and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is a very good value for the area and the facilities! I would recommend it.

Great friendly atmosphere throughout; we were warmly welcomed from the moment of arrival and never wanted to leave. Great location in the heart of Oia where you had respite from the crowds and always felt that you were among friends. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable.

excellent location. there is no view, but there is a lovely patio and pool and the location is at the entrance to the town so you dont have to fight the hoardes of people to get to your hotel. the room is spacious and clean. hosts are very welcoming. they have a little bar/coffee shop on site so you can get a cappuchino or espresso in the morning.

the stove cook top is a bit slow to heat up.

We initially were going to do a transfer through hotel to get to Oia but ended up using Yafy which is only 12 euro per person and takes you near the hotel. It is only available for arrivals, otherwise it is cheaper to book return to airport through the hotel. The hotel is very nice and the manager Stavros was very helpful and hospitable. He stored luggage for us and even let us check in a bit early as the previous guests had checked out quite early. The room was very nice and it was so pleasant to sit on our balcony or relax in the room with windows open for a nice breeze. We got wine and snacks at a nearby market that was quite cheap as the room had a mini fridge. The blue sky restaurant just across from the hotel had very nice people so we went back multiple times after some unpleasant experiences with other restaurants nearby. The hotel has a nice pool but it was a little cold so we just dipped out feet. There is also a bar by the pool where you can get drinks and coffee and such. Overall very good value for Oia you are super central and it was a very pleasant stay.

it was just the perfect place to be with 2 kids, the apartment is very comfortable with enough space for all family and it is located in the center of Oia close to everything : good restaurant and nice point of view. and the apartment is very quiet. Panos is very kind and always trying to help you to organize a trip or to give you some good tip/advise. we have a wonderful stay and we hope we will come back !

Nothing in specific. Meets the purpose

The rooms had character. It was like being in the 18th century. The location is excellent being so close to Oia Bus terminal and the sunset viewing point. Stavros is extremely helpful and very funny. He arranged transport for 9 of us to go to Ammoudi for dinner, and a porter to carry our bags down those stairs when we had to check out of the hotel at 4.30am.

The steps to the room!

Bus station, restaurants and market are almost just downstairs. A minute walk to the cliffside of the village where the view is astonishing. The hotel itself looks really cute and there’s a swimming pool in the yard. Staffs were super helpful and friendly, the yacht trip they suggested became the highlight of my trip in Santorini! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Really well placed, closed to the Caldeira, all shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the staff who were super friendly and very very nice! We highly recommend this place to visit not only Oia but the entire island !

Location is perfect. Close to all attractions and next to bus station. Cleaning of room and fresh towel everyday was a unique thing here. Pool is a bit deep for people like me who don't know to swim but October end the water is cold anyway. The ice-cream shop next to it very good.

Great location, right by the bus station which is how we arrived at the village. Complex was attractive and nice pool with private outdoor space and lots of space indoors.

A bit of noise from the busy lane behind the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. The room came with a balcony. All amenities and faculties were intact. The location is great and puts you tight in the middle of everything.

The stench of the septic system.

Location location location. Right at the heart of oia where you would otherwise take a day trip to visit from elsewhere in santorini. The blue domes right at the back of this property at a 2 min walk up the alley. Visible from the terrace. Supermarket and food joints just below less than a minutes walk. We cooked our own food as the kitchen cabinet had all the required equipment and facilities. Will highly recommend.

The price of 90€ a night that we paid was a little high given that it did not include any food whatsoever ( not even breakfast) but I guess they are charging for the location.

The hotel was in a great location and was in the heart of Oia. The room that we stayed in had a balcony that you could watch the sunset so it was a nice location. We were only steps from amazing restaurants and shops if you are so inclined. The staff that run the place were great and we had no issues. If you are planning on staying in Oia I would recommend this place.
