Positiv:: Ich mochte den Service von jedem Mitarbeiter insbesondere vom Concierge! Ich würde es als 7*-Hotel einschätzen, wenn ich könnte.

Positiv:: Location... Staff.... View... Loved them all

Positiv:: The view and the location are basically the only interesting aspects of this hotel. I would therefore not recommend a 5-star hotel which doesn’t come with the basics of that level: an outstanding service.

Negativ:: Breakfast is average, including on the Club floor. You serve yourself your own coffee in a basic machine where it really is bad, they serve industrial juices, the choice is modest and when I asked for a refill of milk for my son’s cereals it never arrived. The facilities in the room are not of the best level either, there is no pool or spa in the hotel, which is quite surprising for a hotel of this level and most of the staff doesn’t speak English. But the worst came on the last day. I check-out in the morning and my flight being at 11.45pm, I left my luggage at the hotel with the intention of getting it back in the evening and taking a little while to arrange one or two things before I left (include a couple of purchases in my luggage and quickly go to the restroom to change to airplane clothing). When I sat at the « Lounge plus » corner in the lobby, I was interested to have a drink after a day in Osakas’’s streets while my 10-year-old son and we would alternate to go to the restroom to freshen up and change. Although we were ordering drinks, a very rude lady at the « Lounge plus » asked us to leave because it wasn’t a waiting room. But we were customers of the hotel, were ordering drinks and weren’t bothering anyone as we were using the restroom to get ready. We were chased a couple of times by the hotel staff within the lobby, can you believe it ? Our presence was probably messing up the uptight atmosphere, I don’t know. When I asked whether we could wait on the Club floor (since we were initially Club floor customers), we were told that we would beed to pay 4500 yen for that ! I simply wanted to make things easier by moving « out of their way ». What do customers do when they have a late flight and get their luggage back ? They grab their luggage and run away ? This is what I asked the front desk manager who, aside from feeling embarrassed, seemed to be highly looking forward to us leaving. I travel extensively and have never felt out of place as I did here !!

Positiv:: This is a top-of-the-line hotel. The tallest building in Osaka with awesome views from every floor. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely designed. It is actually a thrill to just walk into the lounge/lobby area and just look around.

Negativ:: It is really expensive--not so much the room as everything else. It costs about $15 for a glass of wine, a beer or a coffee in the lounge. If you go to the bar at the wrong time, you need to pay a cover charge for the musician (along with the cost of your drink)--nice music.

Positiv:: The bed, room and view were great.

Negativ:: Being an International hotel no one seemed to talk good English. This resulted in that requesting any sort of service ( room service, talking to reception, etc) was a difficult task, and you decide to give up. 5 star hotel with no spa.

Negativ:: Die Ausschilderung zum Auffinden des Hotels von der Metro bis zum Aufzug ist sehr schlecht bzw. tw. gar nicht vorhanden. Vor der Rezeption wurden wir durch einen bell boy abgefangen - dies paßt nicht zum Stil des Hotels. Im Cafe in der Lobby konnte eine Kellnerin keine Auskunft über die Unterschiede einzelner Positionen der Speisekarte geben, da sie nicht ausreichend Englisch sprach; erst ein von ihr hinzugezogener Kollege (Oberkellner?) konnte uns weiterhelfen in fließendem Englisch weiterhelfen.

Positiv:: The view. The view is just incredible. We were on the 51st floor and it was breathtaking,

Negativ:: Nothing springs to mind. It was a lovely hotel.

Positiv:: Wunderbare Dusche, sehr ruhige Zimmer, atemberaubende Aussicht, Nähe zu Tennoji Station und 3 Shopping Malls!

Positiv:: It was close to the train station

Negativ:: Check in poor porter service , as took a long time after calling the phoned for the service to come over to L3 Also the porter did not help to unload the baggage from the car. He look disinterested to help. Also check in counter girl services were poor . Guess is it due to me arriving at late hour ?. I check in at almost 11pm.

Positiv:: Super Service und Lage. Schönes Zimmer. Aktivitäten im Hotel.

Positiv:: Staff was friendly, activities were fun! The free beverages daily was great! Also the ramen and beer at the end of the day was a great idea!

Negativ:: Too many China tourists and their behaviour was terrible. Hogging the massage chairs, speaking loudly, shouting in the hallways, etc. Wasn't the hotel's fault but maybe need to limit the number of these China tourists in the hotel.

Positiv:: The staff were incredibly accommodating and the services were brilliant. I was able to borrow a laptop for the whole day for free which allowed me to comfortably organise for the following week of my travels. Great location, room nice and endless amenities to make the stay enduring. I wasn't able to take part in any of the cultural activities sadly but it's nice to know they are there as an option!

Negativ:: Room a little small but that's Osaka! It still felt very comfortable.

Positiv:: Very helpful staff, massage chairs, free drinks in fridge, free drinks and ramen, handy laundry facilities.

Negativ:: - Zimmer für europäische Standard sehr klein, zumindest unser Zimmer

Positiv:: Good breakfast, (fruits were also served), very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the shopping street heading to Dotombori.

Positiv:: There are alot of amenities for travellers to borrow such as adapter, umbrella, free massage chair and free ramen at night daily

Negativ:: Perhaps the only thing I dislike is the television is without any international channel such as Natgeo, CNN, fox movies and etc. The television channel focused on Japanese audience rather than non-japanese audience.

Positiv:: The hotel is within walking distance to train station. Massage chair, computer and printer is provided free for guest at the lobby area. Whole day free coffee and drinks. Supper is provided every night at the coffee shop with noodle and liquor or beer . There are so many nearby shops and restaurant around . Family Mart is just beside the hotel. 5-10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street.

Negativ:: Nothing to complain about this hotel.

Negativ:: I don’t know why other people gave very high score for location, for me it’s a bit far from the transport to airport, about 16 mins walk, they got another hotel dodenburi with better location

Positiv:: The reception staff were super helpful, delicious breakfast( salad, octopus, bacon, yogurt etc). Laundry easy to use too, excellent location. The directions from Shinsakbashi station weee very accurate too.

Negativ:: Nowhere near the bathroom mirror to set anything e.g make up bag, and no mirror at the desk/dressing table. Difficult to see along the street until you come upon it.

Negativ:: Very small rooms and tiny bathroom. Breakfast options limited. Very bad pillows. Lacking facilities

Positiv:: Sehr modernes neues Hotel an top Lage. Viele Restaurants und Bars in Gehdistanz. Schöne Lobby und Aufenthaltsraum mit gratis Kaffee und Tee.

Negativ:: Leider gibt es kein Gym im Haus, aber im Nachbarhaus. Die Benutzung kostet jedoch ca 20 EUR.

Negativ:: Zimmer zu klein, nicht genügend Stauraum für Gepäck. Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Anforderungen (keine Wurst, kein Käse), keine Auswahl zur Eier-Zubereitung.

Positiv:: Very helpful staff. Great lounge with coffee and access to laundry facilities. Also they provided a handy phone with free calls to Australia. The buffet breakfast was really extensive, and catered to all tastes.

Positiv:: Loved the location, and the vibe of the hotel. It was like. Upscale hostel.

Positiv:: The hotel was centrally located. Modern facilities, comfy beds, great breakfast. The staff were very accommodating. They even offered us a second room free of charge as we had booked a three bed room for our group. Since the rooms were small, they gave us the second room so we could enjoy more space. An expected surprise!

Negativ:: Breakfast was fantastic but would have loved to have seen some more traditional Japanese options such as Natto, Tamagoyaki and Tamago Kake Gohan.

Positiv:: Amenities! The free Minions pouch gift was a nice gesture. Separate shower and toilet. Excellent big bathroom and vanity room. Plenty of power outlets. Cute interior decor. Cloak service.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist nicht zu schlagen, wenn Universal Studios Ihr Ziel ist. Es befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof Universal City. Die Lobby ist großartig und sumpfig - erinnerte mich an den kürzlich erschienenen Großen Gatsby-Film. Sie können Ihre Eintrittskarten für die Universal Studios und Express-Karten an einem Schreibtisch in der Lobby kaufen. Wir konnten nicht früh einchecken, aber sie hielten unsere Taschen und brachten sie sogar ins Zimmer, als wir zum Check-In zurückkamen.

Negativ:: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist teuer, es ist nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

Positiv:: Tolle Lage. Genau vor der Eingang. Sauber, gute Ausstattung. Personell sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück Buffet war sehr lecker, wie sind zum 7 Uhr angekommen und brauchten nicht warten.

Positiv:: The location was really really close to the Universal park. And so many delicious dine in restaurants you can find in Universal City Walk. Surprisingly, the Universal City Station is also in a walking distance not more than 5 mins! The location is such a blessing. Would stay here again whenever visiting the park definitely.

Negativ:: No swimming pool facility as during our arrival was summer time and in need of a splash time. Maybe in the future, to propose a shuttle bus back to the Kansai Airport as well.

Positiv:: it is easy for shopping and playing.There are so many restaurants near the hotel. the hotel rooms are big, it is good for family to stay.

Negativ:: We are unhappy with billings. Your rates for 2 rooms (4 pax) = JPY479,412 nett of taxes but the way they billed the 2 rooms are complicated. Requested for their explanation & still waiting... Also, their Housekeepers were not to their mark, until matters were brought up to Management's attention. Disappointed with Front Office lack of records of our previous stays & therefore treated us like newcomers. We were there 4 times over 18 months. Will reconsider revisiting them, no warmth nor genuine about their hospitality.

Positiv:: The location was great. The room was new and spacious. I liked the bathtub and the shower. At the check-in, the front desk staff flawlessly handled my request to upgrade the room to accommodate an extra bed for my daughter.

Negativ:: The hotel doesn't have its own bus stop for the shuttle bus to Kansai international airport. The closest bus stop is at the hotel new Hankyu Osaka. It was only a 5-minute walk, but having its own bus stop would make this great hotel even better.

Positiv:: The staff called us by name and couldn’t do enough for us- they were outstanding! From the arrival to the lobby to the dining- everyone just unbelievable hospitality! Thank you for making our stay just tops!!

Negativ:: We had three incidents during our four night stay. First, we found a cleaning cloth inside one of our bags! Second, cleaners “accidentally” took my kids AirPods. When we informed the staff that we can see that they are still in the building just not with us, they were found!!! Finally, at check in on ~14:30, we were told that we have to wait 30 minutes for our room; when the staff was pressed, the room (including the extra bed) became ready in a moment!!

Positiv:: Normally I leave comments in detail. In this case all I can say is this hotel is amazing! Modern design, excellent service, new facilities, and superb location, this hotel is a must for travelers to Osaka.

Negativ:: Das Zimmer war einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Man sieht auch, dass die Zimmerausstattung nicht mehr so ganz neu ist. Die Kopfkissen gingen gar nicht; hart wie ein Brett!

Positiv:: Sehr große Auswahl zum Frühstück, Lage direkt neben den Universal Studios und sehr nahe der U-Bahn. Zum Stadtzentrum ist es schon ein Stück, aber dank der U-Bahn ok.

Positiv:: The location, the facilities, the minion design that my son loves. Breakfast was good with lots of food selection.

Negativ:: Our room was a bit warm even when the a/c was set to the coolest.

Negativ:: The staff were friendly but lacked English skills to solve problems. The manager did address the issue and it was resolved, but not without unnecessary stress. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Positiv:: Opposite Universal Studios and train across the road plus spacious rooms make this hotel a great place to stay. Late checkout is a bonus especially after a full day at USJ and the bed is so comfortable I want to take it home

Positiv:: Nice size room with sensational view over Universal Studios Osaka. Large comfortable bed and huge breakfast. Easy walk within minutes to USJ and shopping and restaurant precinct.

Negativ:: Returned to collect our bags after check out.after leaving them in locker for the day and asked if there was a toilet in foyer to use before departing. Staff member said they had no toilets in the foyer and that we’d have to find one outside of hotel. Should be a toilet in foyer area of large hotel. Also. A lot of Asian food for breakfast. Didn’t se to cater as much for western people

Positiv:: Good size room with an incredible view of Hogwarts castle. Totally love it. Awesome location close to USJ and the train line. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Nice onsite shop and restaurant .

Positiv:: The location is very good. everything is accessible by walking. Food, shopping , convenient stores and malls are just near by. Very near the train station The unit feels like home away from home. Definitely will come back and book again this unit on my next visit.

Negativ:: The cleaning staff doesn’t clean the room thoroughly. The one who tidies the room doesn’t wash the utensils and plates that where used and was left on the table. It seems that they are always in a hurry that they fail to replace the towels that they take out.

Positiv:: - Gute Lage in Osaka. Quasi direkt am wichtigen Knotenpunkt Namba.

Negativ:: -Via booking.com haben wir dem Hotel mitgeteilt, dass wir zwischen 12:00 und 13:00 ankommen werden. Vom Hotel haben wir dann per Mail eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass unser Zimmer bereits ab dieser Uhrzeit fertig sein wird. Als wir dann ankamen, wusste man plötzlich nichts mehr davon, dass unser Zimmer bereit ist. Es wurde uns dann aber ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade angeboten. Hier hätten wir das Zimmer bereits beziehen können. - Das Frühstück war äusserst schwach.

Negativ:: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The king bedroom is big and nice but the 2nd bedroom is little too small.

Positiv:: Spacious, clean accomodations. Mini-kitchen & laundry en suite was a huge plus!

Positiv:: Schönes Hotel, großartige Lage, freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Komme wieder in das Hotel.

Negativ:: Dusche/Bad nicht typisch für westliche Reisende. Allerdings völlig akzeptabel

Positiv:: Eine bessere Lage in Dotombori gibt es wohl kaum. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und vielfältig.

Positiv:: The hotel is very well situated and you can easily visit the city center. The hotel has got a panoramic elevator! The room is confortable and the staff is very kind.

Negativ:: Wir sind um 14 h angekommen, das Zimmer war fertig, aber da check in erst um 15 h ist hat man von uns rd 50 € verlangt damit wir bereits um 14 h das Zimmer beziehen können. Das ist mir noch nirgendwo auf der Welt passiert!!! Im Klartext: 50,- € für 1 Stunde Das habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht und die Stunde im cafe gewartet. Jedenfalls sehr unerfreulich, und daher kann ich trotz perfekter Lage und guter Erreichbarkeit das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. PS: die Lichtsituation im Zimmer ist wie in allen japanischen Hotels besonders schlecht. Die Schaltung ist kurios. Die Stehlampen funktionierten nur wenn auch das Deckenlicht eingeschaltet ist. Die Bettlampe war so ein Lichtstrahl von ca 1 cm2 Durchmesser

Positiv:: Hotel is ideal if you are doing business in the convention area nearby but if not, consider another location. Hotel is far from the city. No restaurants nor decent mall for shopping in the surrounding areas. Subway access is at least a 10 minute walk away. Only one convenience store nearby that is open 24hours. The rest closes at 9 or 10. But then, rooms are huge and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful and willing to assist.

Positiv:: The room was spacious and comfortable. The sink, shower, and toilet were all separated and in excellent condition. Nice breakfast. I was especially looking forward to the crunchy waflles each morning.

Negativ:: The hotel is pretty far from all the points of interest. You need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Sehr große und leckere Auswahl. Auch sehr schön angerichtet - sehr Familien freundlich (viele Kinderspeisen und Kinderstühle im Frühstücksbereich), aber auch entsprechend lebhaft, da sehr viele Familien das Hotel nutzen

Negativ:: - Lage für Osaka-Stadt okay (ca. 30 Minuten eine Strecke), wenn man die angebotenen Shuttles nutzt ist es komfortabel. Für den Besuch in den umliegenden Parks (Universal) wahrscheinlich optimal

Positiv:: The room is very big. The breakfast is very delicious. It is convenient to aquarium because the hotel has shuttle bus

Positiv:: The rooms were extremely large for the price, I was expecting a typical japanese hotel size (small and cramped), but when I went in it blew my expectations, size of the unit was probably about approx 15m x 3.5m. Bathroom were clean and spacious, wardrobe was large and adequate. Bed/Living space was really spacious and large as well. Easily able to accomodate 4 or 5 opened lugagges.

Negativ:: Theres no room service, and the nearest 7-11 is about 2 or 3 blocks away so if you are up at night and want some snacks or food theres not much option. Breakfast selection was really limited, mostly international selections, however omelete was perfect, similar to those on omurice.

Positiv:: The location, close to metro and shops. the staff were wonderful and the room although small was really nice. Breakfast was great fresh berries, fruit, catered for all nationalities. Fresh fruit juice and great coffee machines. Found a great little cafe out to the right if the hotel, a few metres down on the right. It is an American style cafe, pasta and pizza etc. We found the train stations quite confusing, especially when u had to exit. Always came out at a different spot and GPS didn't always work. Hence we were frustrated and lost too many times. We were not the only ones. We also took took an excellent tour, the backstreet tour with host Andy. It was the highlight of of our stay in Osaka. Can Google it.

Negativ:: The different exits from train stations which put you in a different spot all the time and we frequently were lost even with GPS.

Positiv:: Location was convenient and easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious.

Positiv:: The hotel location is excellent. It’s close to a JR train station which made taking day trips to neighboring cities extremely easy. Our JR Passes were invaluable. It’s also within a 5 minute walk to Dotombori and about 15-20 minutes to Kuromon Ichiban. Both places are excellent for trying out street food. The hotel is clean and the staff were always very kind. The front desk workers always greeted us whenever we returned from our daily adventures. I liked the connecting rooms. This hotel also offers a shuttle bus to KIX for just $10/person and they will hold your luggage for free after you check out so you can do some last minute shopping. The hotel price was reasonable and it came with a free breakfast buffet.

Positiv:: How well planned the rooms/service were. There were even pajamas!

Negativ:: Just one incident concerning the reception staff. When we were asking to book a taxi I found him a bit condescending.

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß und die Mittarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war top. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Negativ:: Bahnstationen waren zwar in der Nähe aber nicht unmittelbar zu erreichen. Die Umgebung des Hotels war nicht gerade die schönste.

Positiv:: Bequemes Bett, gute Dusche, sehr sauber. Freundliche Angestellte.

Negativ:: Im Zimmer gibt es zu wenig Abstellflächen sowie zu wenig Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück ist einigermassen ok, doch ist rund ums Buffet alles sehr eng. Abgesehen von den warmen Speisen steht alles offen herum, was in hygienischer Hinsicht recht fragwürdig ist. Fragwürdig ist ausserdem, dass fast alles Geschirr Wegwerfgeschirr ist.

Positiv:: Everything exceeded our expectations. We liked the simple yet tasteful layout of our room. The breakfast choices were enjoyable too! My husband says the Japanese through Karaska Osaka Namba "know how to do it right".

Negativ:: If anything, providing better suggestions as to the types of day tours a visitor to Osaka could do. Even if they themselves don't conduct tours, maybe "hooking up" a visitor with a company or even another hotel.

Positiv:: The location is great and the hotel is v good simple modern with excellent room size. It was 5 mins away from Dotombori and the main shopping street 1 min away. Amazing price for such a location the only problem we had is we asked for the rooms to be cleaned daily but when we went bk they hadn’t cleaned but the person at the reception left everything and changed bedsheets and got new towels! He was amazing

Positiv:: Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. We like a lot of Karaksa Hotel Namba especially the buffet breakfast and the free beverages.Food was so delicious and nutritious. Basic ammenities were all provided and customer service was really very good. Hotel staffs were polite and courteous.All parts of the hotel was clean.Towel was so clean, white and looks new.Check in and check out procedures were fast.Location was perfect.Staying in Karaksa Hotel Namba is like staying in the heart of Osaka. We were so happy with our stay in Karaksa Hotel Namba. We will definitely stay again in Karaksa Hotel Namba. We highly recommend this hotel.

Negativ:: Not much hangers and cabinets.

Positiv:: The staff was great- friendly and helpful. They paid attention to little things that their guests might need- fans and umbrellas. Location was fantastic- there is a Family Mart right across.

Positiv:: Very nice place to stay with a good size room, considering most rooms are quite small in japan. All Staff were great and reception were extremely helpful & spoke really good English which made things easier for us not able to speak Japanese. Close to train station & there is great little bakery nearby. My only criticism is that the Beds were to firm & hard , didn’t sleep well because of this. Otherwise a very nice place .

Positiv:: The rooms were a nice size and the neighbourhood had good restaurants, as well as a convenience store right downstairs. It was really clean, comfortable and a really nice place to stay.

Positiv:: Es war bereits der dritte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wie zuvor war ich sehr zufrieden: Personal, Zimmer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Lage - alles prima. Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gewesen sein.

Negativ:: Nichts!

Positiv:: This is the second or third time I chose to stay at this hotel for my business trip because the location and the room status is perfect for me. The bath tub and shower is separated and I loved it, the space of the room is totally comfortable even if I keep my suitcase opened most of the time. You can use the tablet in the room to call or text msg front desk if you need anything, which make it very convenient if you needed anything, you can type in English and they'll reply you soon enough, so no worries on communication problem. You get bottle of water everyday after they clean up your room which is another point why I love this hotel so much.

Negativ:: The only regret is that the choices of the breakfast is very limited, so if staying more than three days I started to lose appetite a bit. (but it is not because the breakfast isn't good or anything like that, it is delicious. So if you're the type of person that can eat the same thing everyday, it's not a problem for you indeed)

Positiv:: The room was great with all facilities you provided. Bathroom was great also we have a good time in there even only one night we will come back to stay with you again when we visit Osaka :) love it !

Negativ:: Late check in and early check out but mostly hotel in Japan it like that.

Positiv:: The room offers much more space than most (even more expensive) Japanese hotels. The design is sharp and modern. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is amazing (strong shower, massage function, etc.)

Negativ:: Actually, no complaints at all. My colleagues got tired of the breakfast as they stayed for one week. I bought breakfast at the convenience store and ate on the outside benches.

Positiv:: THe excellent place to all the destination within the walking distance to city train.

Negativ:: I know it is a bit of out of scope, but one of the young staff is not so helpful. I wish he could helping me on another booking confirmation(Kyoto) in Japanese, but he only ask someone who could speak English over(the people speak Japanese) the phone to confirm, it would be rather easier for him help me out. A little bit of disappointing.

Positiv:: Everything about the hotel. Location is quiet & peaceful. Near the Subway, restaurants, cafe & across the streets are 2 convenience stores. Staff are friendly and ever willing to help.

Negativ:: Bed was a little hard

Positiv:: The place is peaceful. The amenities included are great. The location is near to the train station and a 7-11 is just across the street. It is also near the Osaka Castle.

Positiv:: Ok, die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Aber man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und gibt viele Extras im Bad, Schlappen usw. Die Lage ist außerdem toll, direkt an der U-Bahn, viele Restaurants um die Ecke und 2 kleine Supermärkte direkt gegenüber. Außerdem gibt es einen Raum mit Mikrowelle und eine Waschmaschine. Positiv:: The facility is in a good shape. It is clean.

Negativ:: We booked our room about 2 months before our checkin date. I checked the price of the same room one day before our checkin and for our stay it was 30% lower price. so, it was overpriced. The double room has only one chair. The second person should sit on the bed. The lobby is always crowded and usually no space to sit down. When I booked my room, 2 months ago, I requested a silent room, however, I received the room near the elevator where everyone passes through and is a noisy region.

Positiv:: The hotel is relatively new and clean and comfortable. The room type I stayed is quite good for two people and not too small coz most hotels in Japan are very small that you can't even fit your luggage in. This time the room type is actually quite good for two big luggage. The location is also a bonus too, although not next to the Osaka Station but still within walking distance and close to other shopping malls.

Negativ:: I understand the check-out time is 11am but sometimes we travelled from overseas and usually had late flight and thus a bit flexibility on late check-out time is needed considering we are paying the room rate more than US$200 per night. Please consider.

Positiv:: Location; It is in a very convenient location surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants, and it is very close to train station and subways, too.

Negativ:: They only have instant coffee and tea; if they can provide drip coffee and tea bags, then it will be better. There are too many young children making noise at night.

Positiv:: Very close to a business building which makes it a good choice for business trip ( I guess). The room is small and window's with iron net, kinda blocked the view..anyway what we can see through the window is another modern building. But generally speaking, the service and room is okay.

Positiv:: -Loved the style and fit out of the hotel - looks so sleek, modern and comfortable. The room was perfect. and we loved the free toiletries ......amazing -the hamburger joint / coffee shop is as cool as something in the Ace Hotel
