We highly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this venue in the middle of the vineyards. The rooms are large, luxury and are nicely decorated. Friendly reception. Nice and large swimming pool with good sunchairs.
The personal interest of the owner who assisted us when other things went wrong. No
The owners made you feel like part of their family.
The location and country feeling Some repair is required on the outside i.e. holes in the walls, the windows in my room rattled in the wind and the door to room 10 does not fit the frame weel as it bangs in the wind
Nwanedi is situated in the most beautiful setting, surrounded by mountains and vineyards. The bedrooms are spacious and immaculate and extremely comfortable. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and i look forward to visiting them again in the future.
The owners attention to detail, and their friendlyness
The situation, the excellent room, the quality of the food and the general friendlyness and efficiency of the staff and owners.
Stunning place! Gravel road up to the guest house.
I liked the big spacious rooms and the showers. when ever we needed something it was always organized very quickly and in a nice manner.
Staff made us very welcome from start to finish. Free internet so we could catch up with family and friends whilst on our South African trip.. Lovely breakfasts and we had dinner too which was also superb. Felt that the hotel lacked atmosphere. Subtle, background music at breakfast, dinner and sundowner time would have pulled the Cascade Manor experience togther.
At least it was centrally situated and thus convenient for my specific purposes - breakfasts are good. Television services did not include satellite dish menu. Entry to rooms from the back is cumbersome and problematic because one has to enter via the restaurant.
The friendleness of all the staff who came into contact with us. There was easy parking and the linen on the beds were of a very good standard, and not plastic feeling as most hotels now days. It would be nice if the traffice department would make the Stop signs for Zion road and not for the road that leads straight into Pantac Manor, as it is now.
Ambiance was good; big room and bathroom which is nice Nobody showed us our room; we had to sit outside for breakfast due to limited space inside.
When we wanted to have some dinner Saturday night, we couldn't, because the restaurant was closed due to 2 functions. They could have accomodate their customers.
The venue and he Manor were astoundingly beautiful. The service was shocking. For eg. In the advert it states king size beds in the comfort rooms. Actually what you get is two single beds made up as single beds, and when you complain all the staff do is move you to another room where the duvet over the top is a double, but the beds underneath are still made up as single - pathetic. I certainly had not intend to celebrate my anniversary on two single beds. A dead cockroach in the room on arrival was still there on departure. On the Sunday the beds and room were not serviced at all.
Central location. Restaurant good. Room sparsely furnished. TV reception and channel boquet abysmal. Breakfast poorly prepared.
Friendliness of staff, efficiency of service and excellent cuisine.
