Was lead to believe no pets were allowed, but they were. Dog pooh all over the grounds.
I like the location, it was very near my trade show. Staff were friendly, check in/out was easy. I like that it's on the canal although I didn't get to explore the property. If I stay here again I'll ask for a room near the back, away from the busy highway. My room faced hwy 19 and the traffic noise was significant. There were tiny ants in the room. The entire building looks good but gives the sense that it's past its prime.
This is a good place for tradesmen in the area who need a place overnight if too far from home...staff was nice but boisterous...couldn't hear the TV or table conversation at breakfast for the hootin' and hollerin' (and raucous laughter) at the front desk...no consciousness or concern of the impact on the guests of such behavior...hotel maintenance men wandered in and out of the breakfast area drinking coffee, juices, etc., just as if were guests...reminded me of the casual lack of sophistication of some seedier places in Greece, Spain, etc., that I've visited...(the onsite restaurant that was advertised is closed and 'For Lease'...with no close-by alternatives) See column one....
Size and comfort of bed. Restaurant was closed. Room could be cleaned more (vacuumed around edge of room). There was lots of dust around there.
The swiming pool I dont think they honored the price you quoted, we ended up paying $79 per night, i couldnt find the e mail, but i thought we were quoted $69 per night, could you please research and get back to me, Thanks Dale Hanson
Not great but good Neighborhood kindA scary
Big lobby, bar, gym, laundry room, free breakfast, comfortable rooms that are very clean. What more could you want? Not a whole lot of stuff in walking distance, as far food and entertainment.
Location was right in a great area. Hotel was very clean. Staff was more than courteous. Very helpful with my questions. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast area was clean and a attendant was very efficient.
The location on Rte 19 was easy to find and a value. The staff was accommodating and the room was made up daily and refreshed without any concern. A microwave oven and refrigerator were welcome accessories. Overall, the value is apparent but our stay was confortable and met our needs. An update is long over due. Our toilet was loose at the floor and the chrome has long worn off the bath and sink fixtures. A towel rack and larger counter in the bath room would be big improvements. The complementary breakfast was standard fare but the waffle irons have issues.
Could not close bathroom door while sitting on commode. Very shoddy room. No vent fan in bathroom. Rambunctious children milling about. Very very poor for over $200.00 per night.
Quiet Old. Falling apart.
Comfort, peace, friendly staff, great breakfast, good location - 5 stars for the value for money N/A
Room with balcony well appointed although the bath was a bit small. Accommodation is located in close proximity to the Bon Appetit Restaurant & Cafe. Normal conversations from the next door guests were plainly heard through the adjacent wall.
Clean remodeled rooms, very spacious, well appointed, staff went out of the way to please.
Location was amazing for the price and proximity to the park for festivals and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Would definitely return!! Front desk staff were nice but maybe not the best team. This didn't effect our stay, but it was observable that they may not enjoy working together, or may not work together much. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating!!!
Great customer service from all staff
Great breakfast. AC did not keep the room comfortable. Felt warm and humid even with ac set at 74. I live in FL and keep my AC set at 79 when at home.
I love to go to Dunedin and I really enjoy the hotel. Nothing
Nice staff, great location King size bed needs to be updated. Mattress hard and not comfortable.

The location was great. Just a short walk to downtown Dunedin. The bed was as hard as a rock. We felt like we were sleeping on the actual bed coils. My husband & I both didn't sleep our entire stay, which made for a cranky couple. Tell the Holiday Inn to upgrade their mattresses.
The walkability to everything in Dunedin was perfect. We parked the car and didn't move it until it was time to go home. No
Cleanliness of the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Walking distance to restaurants. Clean-heated pool for evening swimming. Room proximity to entrance #129.
close to everything! Friendly staff , good food , clean, nice view! Excelent room! Pool hours! They close to early!
everything the staff was friendly. They gave great suggestions for places to eat and night life. The shuttle was a God send why use uber when you have a shuttle that takes you to local attractions less than 4 miles away.
We only stayed one night here but we were very impressed with the level of service and friendliness from all the staff! Our check-in wasn't until mid afternoon but we arrived very early in the morning. The reception staff tried to find an available room for us, which we appreciated, but when there wasn't any available they not only offered to check-in our luggage but also to offer us a ride to the nearby International shopping mall via the courtesy bus! Not only that they came and picked us up when there was a room ready! Brilliant!!
Lots of space and clean. Suites feature two beds and a pull out sofa. Pool was a little gross.
Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was large, nicely decorated & clean. Nice pool, good food. Would stay again
found room quiet and very comfortable
great location and reasonable rates suite rooms and comfort we did enjoy our 4th floor Bay View room however the fourth floor windows are obstructed by palm trees thus making the new wife upset.we really enjoyed our stay it is minutes from the beach minutes from downtown and located on the best Hogans bar is in within walking distanceand whiskey Joes right down the street located on the causeway it makes for easy travel I'm very happy with our experience but the obstructed views and lack of parking during the weekend resulted in my lower review oh and my wife want you to know the cookies are fantastic Although acceptable during the week... weekend parking was horrible there must have been a wedding because lot was FULL! also try to request a room higher than the 4th floor the Hilton HHonors level is level 5 or below I believe first may have a porch from the looks of it we thought we may have a porch or deck area but there was nothing did not have a chance to visit the pool too much other cool stuff to do in Tampa
I arrived at the hotel close to 11pm, and my room still was not ready. After waiting for 20-30 minutes for them to prepare a room, it was the wrong room and there was dirt/dust all over the bathroom counter and sink. I had booked a water view room and the only view i had was a parking lot. Around 1am I was woken up by pounding on my door.. once I opened it I was questioned as to wether or not I had even checked into the hotel since they had no record of anyone staying in that room and it was supposed to be vacant.
I was in town for a concert at the Amalie Arena and didn't want to drive back to my home on the east Florida coast the same night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the room was great. I would stay there again. The usual downsides to a downtown hotel, like having to pay a lot for parking and no spots available in the valet lot. Also, the only way I could find to get from the part of the 3rd floor where the catwalk from the garage/City of Tampa building and the conference rooms were was to go down the escalator to the lobby and then take a second set of elevators to the guest rooms (I was on the 8th floor).
Very friendly staff who proved extremely accommodating to large numbers of people needing rides due to a music festival. They went very much above and beyond to make sure folks were taken care of. General Manager was also very visible and helpful to folks. There was a rather odd, unpleasant odor in our hallway & room (second floor). Smelled a bit like salt marsh.
price/quality is good, clean rooms,no noice, great breakfast
Great service & location. Very professional staff---attentive to all your needs. Great location---just minutes away from shopping, sightseeing & airport.
Very comfortable room and bed
Staff at front desk were great.Shuttle driver was very helpful and courteous. No area to sit down for business. Only a stand up kiosk.
Very friendly staff. Excellent location close to the airport and shopping. Travel van was convenient and took us to the airport, shopping, restaurants. Work out facility was small, but did the job. Breakfast was free and also served hot food. Pool was also good.
Very clean Room seemed very small
Every one was nice rooms we're comfy good break fest
Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Couldn't figure out dehumidifier.
The beds and bedding were super comfortable and cozy. The room was nicely upgraded and clean. The free HOT breakfast bar was perfect before heading off to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again.
Exercise room was very, very tiny
Hotel was clean Staff was very friendly The room had no refrigerator which is out of the ordinary.
one of our rooms with two double beds had a leak so we were moved to 2 rooms with a king with a pull out. The manager gave us a free shuttle ride to the tampa bay port terminal the next day to make up for the inconvenience. he was very helpful
Affordable. Plenty to do nearby. Good breakfast. Doesn't provide a unique experience. Just your basic hotel near an airport.
Everything was clean, room service was speedy, all in all a pretty enjoyable stay The pillows aren't that comfortable for my neck. I feel as if they were just puffs of air that didn't provide much neck support.
The staff was very nice. The room was very modern. I didn't expect such a great experience. don't get me wrong I expected it to be fine but it exceeded just fine only drawback was that our lightbulb in the front hallway of our room was dead but everything else was perfect and even though we brought in Christmas away from home we still felt comfortable bringing it in there. I definitely look forward to staying there again on our next visit.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was pretty and the boardwalks were scenic. Our shower fixture was broken but still usable. I let the staff know when we checked out about the issue.
I liked the waterfront view. It was a nice view on the 6th flor and look out over the bay especially at night view. The size of beds were too small and the placement of the lights in the room didn't allow proper lighting. They were too bright over the bed. The rugs needed cleaning.
Great time for the New Years Celebration. Hotel was clean, room had a great view, and the people were very helpful. I would def come back and stay here again.
The room and Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. Valet remembered us and was very personable every time we saw him. I can't remember the name of the front desk clerk when we checked in, he was very professional and helpful. This was our first time in the Tampa area and after our stay at the Hyatt we are ready to go back. The bed was very comfortable I never wanted to get out. I only have one complaint. Right after we checked into the room. Maintinence arrived at the request of the maid to fix the toilet paper roll in the wall. She had just walked in without knocking. After she saw us in the room she explained and did not know that we had checked in at the time.
Clean and hospitable

convenient, free internet,breakfast,24hrs coffee stand, some of the staff. When I asked for a room with two beds and a tub, they told me I booked through priceline & with that cheap price, that was the only room they could give me, and that if i wanted to change rooms to the two beds than i would have to pay extra for the room
The managers reception with the food and beverages was a nice bonus. The amount of food provided was more than a light snack; it was a full meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a 2 bdrm suite with a full kitchen. The room key cards-they didn't work. We were lucky of the three keys we had for our room, 1 would work 1 out of 5 times. We got a 2nd set & they didn't work either. The front desk was very accommodating in reseting them, but it was just an inconvenience.

The property was well maintain throughout the facility The room was designed for the disabled, so everything was low. However the shower was almost useless do to the poor water pressure. It was most likely caused by the type of head used being a detachable one.
Clean and convenient location. Grandchildren especially enjoyed basketball, however, ball was hard to play with, it appeared old and dried out. Only one luggage cart to carry luggage from room when a lot of people were checking out early in the AM.
The room with complete kitchen. Perfect for a long and short stay. Nothing
We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night but our overall experience was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. We would definitively stay at this hotel again. We would have liked extended pool hours since we arrived at the hotel late however, our stay was excellent.
1) The persistent smell of wet dog and fecal matter in the elevator.2) Our sheets were not washed daily.3) Our water went out every night at 11pm limiting the hot water in the morning. Showers were like warm at best.4) We had a smoking room
Price Room located next to outside exit, noisy.

Everything was great! Room was perfect and cozy!
The location of the property was great. It had to have been the worst stay I ever had at a property. We made a reservation weeks prior to our stay, when we checked in we were told that ther would be no food options because they were throwing a party. This should have been communicated to us on time of reservation. Plus the party could be heard rumbling throughout the property. Great. Sounded like it was next door. We asked for dog beds when we made our reservation and when we checked in No bed What a surprise. We called the front desk 3 time to make this happen. Would never book again.
Room was great, staff was very friendly! I was there for three nights and I put the door tag out the first night (indicating I did not want it cleaned) but then I guess it was assumed I wanted the room not cleaned the whole time? I was hoping they would come and clean the room the following day but they did not. It was fine but that system is confusing if you are staying more than one night.
Location Even though when I booked the room I clearly stated 4 adults, when we checked in, they gave us a room with only one king size bed. When I complained, they said "sorry, we are all sold out, you should have specified you wanted 2 beds when you made the reservation". When I asked for 2 roll away beds, they said we could only have one due to fire code restrictions. Staff never really tried to help me - more of a tough luck attitude!
Luv the Lady taking care of the Breakfast Bar :-) At check in 2:45 PM rooms weren't ready but that is understandable Second morning- my girlfriend peeled back the sheets and found something that looked like dead bug carcasses in-between the sheets. That morning at Check-out I handed "Tommy" the receptionist a cup with the three collected items. He apologized but failed to offer any type og discounted rate. When we selected to stay at Hampton Inn-Tampa we did not except to find debris, dead bugs our any other foreign matter in our sheets. I want to know what Hampton Inn is going to do about it? Secondly- the Breakfast Bar food serving area is much to small-
Staff was amazing No Hilton points as booked through third party
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me options for a late dinner and offered to drive me in the shuttle van if I wanted to go somewhere beyond walking distance. I stayed there for the airport shuttle since I had a very early flight. The staff was up and ready for me at the time confirmed. The "Airport" in the name is a little deceptive since the hotel is actuall 15-20 minutes away from the airport.
Nothing This place period
No one knew how to work computers in check_in ....so the housekeeping man said he would put me in a maintenance room or that I could go to another . .
NOTHING. The room I had was dirty, sheets needed to be changed, the cabinets had old food, freezer had dropping. the room was completely disgusting.
Location Floors were sticky; pillows were dirty; room was smelly; toilet seat was cracked and old yellow - this is unacceptable for a chain hotel -
The lady at the desk Roaches all over the place
