Convenient location, cheap price, kitchenette. New windows block out the outside sound and maintain the temperature. They are renovating and it is helping some aspects. The owner was very nice and provided me with a bedside lamp and mug upon request.
The cleanliness was really lacking. The floor was so dirty I needed to clean it myself, and the towel I used was black after I did so. The hotel lists an in-room coffee maker but there was no coffee-maker.
