Positiv:: Beds very comfy great location plenty of variety for breakfast and pool areas were great

Negativ:: Nothing

Positiv:: Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious dishes in the restaurant, especially themed cuisine. Seven pools! What is the place to relax by the pool? This was the best solution for a hotel with so many guests with children. Thanks for baby-bed.

Negativ:: In my opinion, room needs updating. We stayed with a small child in the room located opposite the elevator, which caused discomfort. It was quite noisy in the lobby when there were people. Using the map, I suggested that the hotel is closer to the sea than it turned out in reality. About 15-17 minutes walk with a stroller and a child to reach the middle of the beach, where is wider coastline. It would be great if children whose parents do not look after them are controlled and forbidden to jump into the pool. We were with a small child of 8 months in a small pool and one of the children of 7 years was jumping right next to us

Positiv:: I liked the room and the facilities and general. Also I liked the room we were given after check-out to take a shower. Nice people too.

Negativ:: The entire bottom of the central pool and the indoor pool was dirty with lotsssss of green mold that is very dangerous for bathers. And although I mentioned it for a few days no one took care of the matter. The food was not great as many dishes were not cooked well at all with no good taste

Positiv:: The hotel exceeded our expectations which is always a plus. The hotel is large but has plenty of space and facilities to everyone. There are several pools to enjoy both indoor and outdoor. We stayed in the new family suites (even though there was just 2 of us) and they were fantastic . Very clean spacious and the beds were comfy. Great ac and the shower was excellent. All rooms have a balcony which is nice - we didn’t have a view but we didn’t care. The location is good being 15 mins walk to the beach. You can get to most places within 5-10 mins walk. Taxis are readily available too. Puerto Adventura and the water park are only 10 mins drive away. There was nighttime entertainment at the hotel each night and games such as pool etc.

Negativ:: Breakfast was excellent. We prepaid for it each morning and it was really good however we ate one time for dinner and once for lunch and it was not great. Food was mostly cold. I wouldn’t recommend going full board unless you don’t plan to leave the hotel.

Positiv:: The property was central to the shopping and beach front and the staff particularly at the reception were very helpful and accommodating.

Negativ:: The underground parking for the hotel is handy however when entering beware as the road dips which is slightly deceiving and will catch on the front of the car particularly the lower ones. The bar stopped serving to all guests at 12pm. I can appreciate the bar having restrictions to the all inclusive guests and who may have overindulged with the free alcohol all day however when you have been for a late meal (typical in this part of Europe) and get back to the hotel at 2330 and expect to pay for a wine but are told the bar is closing at midnight and everyone has to remain inside for noise levels, it can be slightly disappointing.

Positiv:: We were given a family suite so plenty of room and cleanliness of hotel very good

Negativ:: Only down side food very repetitive, and sweets had no signage so not sure if I could have due to having a nut allergy

Positiv:: Great quality breakfast with lots of options, quiet rooms with no disturbances, incredible shower with great water pressure

Negativ:: We asked for a double bed in our booking however when we got to the hotel, the desk agent made an assumption (I can only assumed because we are the same gender and different races), that we would need separate beds and gave us a twin room instead. My wife and I had to go back down to the desk to insist on on having our double bed as originally requested. Dinner selection on weekdays lacked variety, for example...vegetables. However the weekend spread made up for this. Water at the bar was expensive consider it was on 30cl .

Positiv:: Gute Lage und vielfältiges Buffet (für jeden was dabei). Zentrum nahe, trotzdem ruhig. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mehrere Pools. Tolles Animationsprogramm, z.B. Aquagym, Darts, Fussball, Volley, Pfeilbogen - und Luftgewehrschiessen, usw. (für jung und alt)

Negativ:: Einige Gäste sind laut wenn Sie nach dem Ausgang in Ihre Zimmer gehen. Die Zimmer sind etwas zu wenig isoliert. Einige Gäste holen tellerweise Essen und verspeisen es nicht! Schade um das Essen. Nachts belegen Sie bereits die Poolliegen und gehen erst gegen Mittag an den Pool.

Positiv:: Location. Cleanliness. Staff. Rooms. Pools.

Positiv:: We liked everything.going home completely refreshed.no complaints at all.loved every minute.cant wait to come back again.this was our third visit here.

Negativ:: Nothing for us

Positiv:: The view of the room and the presentation was good.

Negativ:: The bed and the bathroom did have a few stray long blond def not from me.

Positiv:: Frühstück und Abendbrot sehr lecker. Große Auswahl am Buffet. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war wie auf den abgebildeten Fotos. Hotel war wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und Strand entfernt.

Negativ:: Hatten leider ab und zu mal etwas kalten Zugarettengeruch im Zimmer. Dir Räume sind recht hellhörig. Pools sind kleiber als wir sie auf den Fotos wirken, aber dennoch definitv ausrechend um sich abzukühlen und zu entdpannen.

Positiv:: Comfiest bed in the known universe. Staff were friendly as can be, to top it off there's a Michilen Star restaurant attached to this place. Food was out of this world. Everything was super quick and efficient as it should be. Would highly recommend.

Negativ:: Pool on the roof was a bit small, gym is also on the small scale.

Positiv:: Lage, Frühstück, Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe

Negativ:: Untekunft ok, der Ort Salou ist ein Touristenmolloch

Positiv:: The staff were kind and room was not bad.

Negativ:: nothing much.

Positiv:: We were so happy with the room. We requested a quiet end of corridor room which they gave us. Air conditioning was fantastic, no noise whatsoever, shower was amazing. Housekeeping came everyday. 5 minute walk to the beach...Fantastic hotel...highly recommend.

Negativ:: Breakfast was not the best, hot food was not too hot and was not to our taste so we only went twice. Parking was away from hotel although was very safe and secure.

Positiv:: Of all the hotels in Salou you’re very spoilt for choice but this hotel makes that choice very easy. The Regente Aragón honestly made our holiday. It’s a stunning hotel, huge rooms, a balcony with a view, rooftop pool, second to none breakfast, comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom, we couldn’t ask for any more. Oh and a word of advice: get the room with the spa bath. Thank me later.

Negativ:: My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Positiv:: Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was good, with ample selection, location was good, room was spacious with good facilities and free room safe, ideal for an overnight or longer stay.

Positiv:: Reception Staff were lovely. Bar staff left us sitting at bar for 15 mins after telling us they would be with us in 2 mins.Location was perfect.

Negativ:: A bit noisy in the mornings . Timber floors don't really work.

Negativ:: Room too small. Even if I asked for one bed two months ago, they did nothing and gave us two separate beds. Shower gel not refilled the next day They asked a parking fee which should be included as the room is too expensive for the services they offer Too small window, no balcony That is not a 4 stars hotel

Positiv:: Clean and modern. The pilsner at the bar was good. Price was on par with expectations Beach close although be aware up a strong hill. Bar till midnight. Others closed at 11 pm Coffee at bar ( for charge) was ok. .

Negativ:: Stayed here and 3 other hotels on our holiday. Strangely sombre mood in the public areas. Background Music maybe needs to be a little more upbeat. Bar staff varied widely in quality from day to day Reception staff i would like to see a little more jolly. A quite serious air in the place. Although generally professional, the staff may need to lighten up a little and try a better fun / professional balance Brekfast was lesser quality than the other 3 hotels we stayed on during our 11 night holiday Brekfast coffee from the machine like our other 3 hotels was awful, really awful Brekfast room very disorganised. I dont blame staff as i think they are understaffed. Other hotels managed the sesting arrangements far better

Positiv:: Loved the location very close to shops restaurant and beach. Bar very expensive . Pool in shade most of the morning due to 3 trees blocking the sun. Needs to be cut down or trimmed back. Poor selection of fresh fruit for breakfast no oranges or grapefruit. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Negativ:: Pool in shade most of day. No fresh fruit on my watermelon and grapefruit. Bar too expensive

Positiv:: Great location with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk. Friendly bar staff and restaurant staff worked hard.

Negativ:: Small pool with about 20 sun loungers. No umbrellas. Pool area backing onto road so could hear passing traffic. Room very dusty and floor and shower not cleaned/mopped daily. No kettle in room so I brought my own but had to beg for mugs as restaurant/ bar not allowed to give to guests. Had a mini bar but no glasses provided for drinks. Nowhere to hang towels/clothes to dry. One small cupboard provided in family room with no draws. Restaurant always opened late and food repetitive. Show cooking always started about half an hour late. Would say this hotel was more like a 3 star. If you have a car be prepared to drive around for a least half an hour to find parking on the neighbouring roads or pay the hotel 15 euros a day for limited parking.

Positiv:: We got half board so breakfast and dinner included. As the reviews have said, the food was delicious! the food was truly great and it did saved us money on food/eating out. The food they're were serving and cooking live were not cheap compare to restaurants around the area. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The room was being serviced everyday and facilities were great. Overall it was a great stay for us.

Positiv:: Very friendly staff, excellent shower, comfy beds, good aircon and a great central location near the beach. Also the Guinness tavern where we had some excellent meals is across the street.

Negativ:: The lifts were sometimes busy but it wasn't a major issue.

Positiv:: Was a modern pool area with no children. Breakfast was lovely. They even have an indoor pool area which is nice. It's really close to the main Salou area and right beside the cliff/beach walk. Receptionist were helpful with getting to attractions and helping us to go Barcelona. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Negativ:: Overall it was a cheap and easy stay but a few things were strange. Upon arrival we were told there was no rooms available for early check in. Which is fine but usually the receptionist would call house keeping to make sure or make some effort to see if they can accommodate you. But before we even reached the counter, we were told there is no rooms available. Then for check out we rang the receptionist at 11:10 to ask for a late check-out (we knew it was unlikely, just chancing our arm) but the receptionist told us that not only did they not have a late check out but that they "would like" if we checked out by 11:30. Even though check out is 12? And they even called us again at 11:45 and told us that check out is 11:30, even though it says check out is 12. So not only do they not accommodate late check out which is fine but they also wanted us to check out early. And it makes no sense to have everyone out of there room at 11:30 and check in, isn't till 3. Another thing that annoyed me was that when we checked in before we could access the room, we were allowed to leave our bags in a room, free of charge but the second we checked out and we're no longer guests, they asked us to use paid lockers. It was only 2 euro for the whole day but it's still the principle that they have a room the size of a meeting room completely free of charge. One last issue was the bedding, the linen was old and torn with stains and they expected us to half make it up ourselves with old brown quilts between the sheets.

Positiv:: Location, but for people who can walk uphill.

Negativ:: Never again! Rooms are not vacuumed, just mopped with the same dirty mop. Unbelievable rude staff especially in a dining room. They will not bring even tap water unless you will pay for it. At the same time, there is no price list available at the restaurant. We stayed a week and our bedding was not changed even once. There is no kettle in a room and they will not allow to remove their stuff from a mini refrigerator. Even they advertised as non-smoking rooms, but some people were smoking in their balconies. Music from neighboring hotels are very loud until midnight. Light in a balcony runs on hotel’s schedule and they will turn off that light even when music finally stops, which made us unable us to sleep. Will never stay here again.

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist top. Preis -Leistung ist hier wirklich ausgezeichnet. Frühstück und Abendessen (der Fischliebhaber kommt auf seine Kosten) waren immer abwechslungsreich und lecker. Zum Frühstück gab es Sektchen. :) Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Inklusive Handtuchwechsel. Der Pool außen wie innen sind gepflegt und laden zum planschen ein. Toller Aufenthalt. Tickets für PortAventura erhält man an der Rezeption.

Positiv:: Three minute walk to the main beach Three minute walk in opposite directiom to another wonderful beach five minute walk to a smaller breach which had great waves to jump into beds and room cleaned everyday and clean towels everyday As we had a family room we had two balconys which was great. fridge and mini bar wondeful

Negativ:: When it was time to come home. in all the hotels which I have stayed in, I felt a little bit of me is still there in spirit

Positiv:: Die Zimmer sind schön, vom Balkon aus hatten wir Meerblick

Negativ:: Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht

Positiv:: Hotel was clean and use of nice courtesy area for last day of holiday ie shower electric supply and mirror. Staff are friendly enough, the lady who serves drinks/snacks especially. Air con in room really good.

Negativ:: no tea/coffee making facility in room. Not enough sun loungers by pool as pool area very small. Lifts very small. Restaurant feels a little closed in as it is underground the Lobby. There is a steep hill up to the hotel, it is a hill and not an incline. Only one English channel on TV in room.
