The whole experience made it feel like a special relaxing holiday.The quality of the hotel,food,staff,and facilities were first class.
nice staff, great accomodation, delicious food, wonderful bars and entertainment they charged me the whole amount of stay on when I checked in. usually hotels hold the amount but not charging the credit card.when we decided to shorten our stay, the hotel management refused at the beginning, then agreed with a condition which charging us one night as no show penalty!!!the matter was solved with booking.com by requesting them to change the dparture date, and finally we got the balance of our payment in cash.
Beach, service, food, top drinks, view, location (we walked from Bodrum one night), friendliness...this is a very romantic please to stay. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable, the rooms were little bit smaller than I am used to. one towel per person; don't get the extra; asked for it, got one extra first day and next day it is back to two again.
On arrival at the Hotel they tried to charge us 400 euros more then our agreed reservation. This took over an hour to settle. The room where dated and facitities lacking, tv didn't work, Toilet broke every day, toileteries poor, towels and bed linen shabby, damp in the room paint peeling from walls, twice no towels left for use at the pool, no opportunity for children to eat early, lunch stopped at 2pm dinner served at 7pm, very hungry children! Pool attendants rude and dismissive of the children.
The beach was the only decent part of this so-called resort. The staff was horrific. We asked to be taken to a restaurant/bar in Bodrum and ended up being taken to a random town where it was clear the hotel staff was coordinating with unsavory restaurant owners to bring business. They pretend they are 5 star but I would give it not even one star, the staff was rude, unaccommodating and spoke NO English. They should not be ranked as a 5 star hotel. This experience makes me question Kayak's business policy as it relates to hotel ratings. I feel completely scammed.
the hotel is very nice, everything looks new, a lot of facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, great spa center, fitness center, hair dresser, spacious accommodation .... altogether great value for money some of the staff was unprofessional (around the pool, on the reception) - they didn't seem to eager to work or did not speak english, except for the client relations, the beach could have been more clean

The location and the view (after we paid a full extra night rate to get the sea view room) were very good. The food is very poor, chicken and cheap fish and no variety. The restaurant layout is not compatible with the number of guests and much less with bad weather conditions. This hotel would be a good 3 stars, not even close to a 5 stars quality.
Die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die internationalen Gäste. Die Lage des Hotels. Schimmel ohne Ende an den Wänden. Klimaanlage auf 22 Grad fixiert, nicht regelbar. Jeden Tag das gleiche türkische Essen. Von All incl. kann man nicht reden, wenn alles mgl. Extra kostet. Musik viel zu laut. Die Barrake für den Kinderclub ist ein nicht klimatisierter Holzverschlag.
Nothing Awful service. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is 3 star with max 2 star service.
Nice beach, good location and view at Bodrum castle, food's excellent, personnel is very polite and helpful, hotel's close to bus station as well as watertaxi and taxi stations. There's not always enough chaise lounges on the beach, drinks are not included with meals (dinner). It's forbidden to bring food and drinks into the hotel.
Great location, close to bodrum Marina. No way this Is a 5 star hotel, on its best day it's a 3 star hotel.
The only drawback is the catering facilities. You should allow the option since it is paid for to request these paid for dinners or breakfast to be delivered to the room. It is impossible to find seating especially for dinners and very often tables are reserved and remain empty until the client shows up. This is not proper conduct especially by the staff waiting on the guests. These facilities should be based on first come first serve- No advance reservations!!! See the above. I guess a client should at least have the option not to pay for hALF boerd and eat as he wishes. I paid for half board and paid for every meal I had because so far it has been annoying to try to find seating at your dining facilities
A good amount of the staff spoke English, which is very helpful, there are also inexpensive and fun things to do right outside the hotel. For example a 7 hour boat trip around Bodrum, meal included, for 20 dollars. If you're planning on staying in the hotel for only a few nights like I did, you won't be able to get your monies worth, in my opinion, if you're staying for a week or so, and can afford it, well worth it.
The location was though away from the city center, the beach was nice.It was affordable. Room was small and its facilities were poor
- beach, clean sea water; waiters are very prompt to clean the tables; excellent coffee at the bar; tennis; terraces; landscape - this 5* hotel needs a re-evaluation, is rather a 3* clean hotel; same breakfast every morning, no variety, no change in the menu, you have to pay for fresh orange juice at BREAKFAST and dinner (even if half-board paid); not enough elevators on each side of the hotel (very crowded too often); many times either poor communication between staff members, either they do not understand English well, so that messages transmitted differently, wrong, partially; we paid for some items in the minibars we never got - we explained it to reception desk but no result.
