Positiv: Check in agent extremely helpful and friendly.

Negativ: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

Positiv: Great crews, excellent customer service

Negativ: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Positiv: New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

Negativ: Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.

Positiv: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Negativ: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Negativ: Air craft very small was full with passengers ac was not good before takeoff. No baggage arrived to lahore i am really depressed due to baggage .please help to find baggae

Negativ: Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed.

Positiv: Friendly crew and ground crew worked VERY quickly and efficiently to deal with a broken plane and switch us all rather seamlessly to a replacement plane. Impressive.

Positiv: The flight attendants were quite personable and engaged.

Negativ: They mysteriously charged me for my baggage.

Positiv: The ticket was not expensive, the carry on luggage allowance is 7kgs and 5kgs for a laptop etc with 23kgs check-in

Negativ: The aircraft is getting old and looking a bit run down inside ie the seat back moved freely and hard marks in the handle - minor things

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 4.5 hours!!! I missed my connection flight in New York and had to spend all night in terminal...w to wait for another connection flight. Did not sleep 2 nights in the row.

Positiv: Great crew. On time. Wasn't a full flight.

Negativ: No entertainment or free drinks, that is lame.

Negativ: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.

Positiv: Crew was attentive and nice. Timeliness of meals and service was nice. Boarding process was efficient.

Negativ: First time I’ve traveled that I may have preferred an economy ticket instead of my premium economy seat. It was like sitting in a rock hard shell. Seat does not recline but rather slides forward slouching you down and hurting your back the second you move the seat, let alone 11 hours of sitting.

Positiv: Very friendly staff, good meals, and movie selections.

Negativ: There were no air vents available to control air flow. It was a bit warm at times.

Positiv: Check in is easy. Everything went smoothly. Food is like a roll stuffed with chicken and sauce. Really good actually. Kinda like a mini chicken bake from Costco They also have arcade games and a remote

Negativ: Der Flug startete mit 45 min Verspätung, obwohl das Boarding pünktlich begann. Die vorab georderte Früchtemahlzeit - ich esse gern leicht auf langen Flügen, weil ich sonst nicht schlafen kann - wurde nicht serviert. Also nahm ich stattdessen Thai-Curry, wie es "unthailändischer" nicht schmecken kann. Und das bei Thai Airways. Die Bordunterhaltung wäre theoretisch sehr gut gewesen, nach den angebotenen Filmen zu urteilen, aber Kopfhörer wurden nicht ausgeteilt.

Negativ: Everything bad hygiene dirty seats and airplane

Negativ: got crushed here at airport. There was a lot of people here at 5am. No one was at the ticket counter and all check-ins were automated. So no staff available at ticket counter. The auto system didn’t recognize my passport with the ticket. Then I had to go to duty manager who was not helpful.

Negativ: I experienced a long delay and got stuck sitting in plane got another 2 hours after boarding before we could take off
