"Some passengers paid no respect for seating comfort, they reclined fully which made it difficult to eat and flight attendants didn’t pay attention to crying babies and never tried to help the mothers caring for the child… attendants where missing for over 3 hours once they turned lights off.."

An upgrade of $1200.00 Euro's is extreme Being packed like sardines for a 10 plus hour flight is not good. It is also unhealthy. Turkish Airlines should consider something other then the 777 for any international flying."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Negativ: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Negativ: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Negativ: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Das Abfluggate des Anschlussfluges wurde ca. 3 Stunden vor Abflug bekanntgegeben. Aber aufgrund einer verschlosssen Glastür konnte man erst 25 Minuten (!!!) vor Abflug dort hin gehen. Es kam zu einem großen Stau vor der Tür und der Abflug verspätete sich entsprechend."

Negativ: "Worst airline ever. Was over one hour late. I was asking to get rushed through in Dublin in order to make my connecting flight and people were just rude. One security guy even started yelling at me. Very unpleasant experience, do not recommend at all."

Erst die 3. sehr freundliche Angestellte schickte uns zum Express Check-in und wir waren 25 Minuten vor Abflug beim Boarding. Das hätte man uns auch leichter machen können..."

Negativ: "Beim Online-Check-in ist es nur möglich, die Boarding-Karten auszudrucken und nicht aufs Handy zu senden. Wer nimmt schon seinen Drucker mit in den Urlaub! Deshalb stand am Check-in-Schalter dann eine Mega-Schlange an, obwohl der Online Check-in vorher schon erfolgt war. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Flugpersonals. Kopfhörer für die Fernseher müssen gekauft werden (2,50 €). Der Verkauf beginnt jedoch erst eine Stunde nach dem Start. Bis dahin kann man sich mit Lippenlesen beschäftigen. Die Kaffeebewirtung wurde ab der Hälfte des Flugzeuges unterbrochen wegen Turbulenzen. Verständlich! Nur wurde der Rest der Passagiere danach nicht mehr bedient. Wer unbedingt Kaffee wollte, konnte einzeln in der Besatzungskabine nachfragen. Die Toiletten müssten bei einem Langstreckenflug unbedingt zwischendurch einmal gereinigt werden."

Positiv: "Overall was good. Seats, tv. The captains were perfect and the landings awesome. Thank you for that."
Negativ: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Positiv: "Beide Flüge (FRA-Madrid und Madrid-Mallorca) waren pünktlich. Da wir in Madrid über 5 Stunden Aufenthalt hatten, sind wir mit dem Taxi zum Prado gefahren und haben uns 2 1/2 Stunden dort die wunderbare Gemäldesammlung angesehen. Das Personal war höflich und freundlich."

Negativ: "I booked a flight from Lisbon to JFK with a stopover in Madrid. Instead of going to JFK, my flight landed in Boston. There was no AirEuropa representative in Boston. The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa"

Negativ: "The new 787-8 does not have individual climate control nozzles. The cabin tended to be warmer than a typical home/office environment even at altitude, and I found myself surprisingly cramped and overheated in the middle seat on the left side of the plane."

Positiv: "Boarding was fast. The breakfast sandwich was good. It was nice the cabin lights were turned down since it was an overnight flight. Also all seats had a pillow and blanket."
Negativ: "The seats were extremely cramped, very difficult to get comfortable. The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Positiv: "Ordered a special meal and it was far superior than the regular in flight meal. This was the only highlight."
Negativ: "The bathroom was extremely dirty at the beginning of the flight, had to hold it because it was so disgusting. The crew ignored requests, they skipped us on the beverage run twice, and walked past us when trying to giving them the trash (on their trash run). The crew keep bumping the food carts on the seats, repeatedly, during service. I was given water twice and both times they spilled water all over my clothes, it was not bumpy at all. The entertainment screen was broken, the images were pixelated and going in a crazy pattern. Even if you turned it off anytime there was an announcement it would turn on. Plane was delayed. We sat in a warm plane for over an hour."

Negativ: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

The only negatives are: the Madrid airport food was HORRIBLE; WOULD LIKE MORE ROOM in between the following row."

Positiv: "One attendant took care of an infant while a mother was suffering from a nose bleed."
Negativ: "Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"

Negativ: "No entertainment per Seat, Small seats and the crew was terrible and not polite"

Positiv: "Decent seats and well lit toilet. Flight landed a little early, which was convenient. The price of the ticket was competitive."
Negativ: "Boarding was disorganized and a flight attendant was cranky most of the time. It seemed that most flight attendants did not speak or understand English. There was no entertainment, though this was a transatlantic flight. We were offered the rental of iPads with movies and music for 10€."

Negativ: "COMFORT FOOD ENTERTAINMENT LOW COST FLIGHT WITH HIGH COST"

Positiv: "I was upgraded to business class which was very spacious and comfortable. The chair fully reclined and I was given a pillow and duvet. Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets."
Negativ: "The food was just okay (only one option) and I had to ring the attendant to ask for water. There was no beverage service on a 7 hour flight and that seemed odd to me."

Negativ: "No outlets!"

Positiv: "Onboard service was great. A small tram picked me up as I was in a Wheelchair and transported myself and companions to the terminal."

Negativ: "Had to pay for baggage and boarding was a hassle, driven on a bus for about 10 mins, had to wait to board etc."

Positiv: "The food was good, and my luggage arrived safe."
Negativ: "It wasnt so comfortable and there was not TV or even radio, or entertainment for an 8hour flight. Also when trying to sleep, crew continues to pass by and turn on airplane lights."

Positiv: "departure from JFK to Madrid was on time"
Negativ: "Comfort is not equivalent with price. Very tight seats. On the way to Madrid no personal entertainment system. On the way back personal entertainment system was very, very lagi, additionally reset itself during movie fief times, and from where I was seating other people had the same issue. Coordination at airport was also not the best after landing at JFK, because we spend almost 50 minutes in airplane waiting for docking."

Negativ: "- mediocre entertainment onboard - small and old sits - payed wifi who never works"

Positiv: "All went well. As above"
Negativ: "No complaints"

Negativ: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."
