Günstige Flüge mit Iberia finden

Positiv: Flight arrived safely and on time.

Negativ: Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered.

Positiv: Crew was very nice

Negativ: Our luggage was not put on the plane and was left behind. It was delayed about 36 hours but when we got it 3 new shots and one perfume was stolen.

Negativ: You made me late for my connecting flight by unloading my carry one bags slowly. It cost be $500 extra dollars and I’m stuck in Madrid until Friday which is making making me miss work. Unacceptable.

Positiv: Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals.

Negativ: It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible.

Negativ: Flight was delayed. Took a long time to board.

Negativ: Boarding was terrible, like they never done that before. They do not offer even just a glass of water- nothing.

Negativ: Crew need to be smile - we not in Russia

Positiv: Comfy seat.

Negativ: The flight was delayed for more than an hour

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect.

Negativ: Fly on time

Positiv: uncomfortable seats, narrow space

Negativ: If the plane had some wifi, better food,

Positiv: One crew guy was really nice. I had bruised my leg and he gave me ice and checked in on me.

Negativ: Vueling/Iberia lost my luggage.

Negativ: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Positiv: The seat was comfortable.

Negativ: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Positiv: We landed a bit early

Negativ: We didn't get the seats that we paid for. And all we could get was the last row.

Negativ: The crew was very unpleasant . I boarded the plane - was not even greeted. This was not like business class at all . I felt like I just wasted money and did not get even close the service I expected. Flight attendants were ignoring my requests - no blankets no cocktails ... very bad .

Positiv: One lady was so mean when I asked her a question .

Negativ: Be more smiling and helping customers when needed

Unzufrieden

Positiv: Ich bin unzufrieden. Dieser Reise nach Palma de Mallorca hat mit zusätzlich Kosten und Stress verursacht.

Negativ: 1 - Gepäckbestimmungen bei Hin und Rückflug ( 1 x 20 kg Gepäck) bei Linienflüge wie Condor und Iberia wurde nicht berücksichtigt sodass ich 1 Gepäckstück 20kg bei Rückflug extra bezahlen muss. 2 - Ich habe 3 x Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlt weil Iberia die Fluggesellschaft geändert hat ( anstatt Iberia plötzlich Vueling) und es keine andere Alternative bei der Check inn Online gab. Ich musste 3 Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlen, 1 davon völlig unnötig. 3 - Gate Änderung von 92 auf 98 in Palma de Mallorca unmittelbar vor der Rückflug sodass ich fast mein Flug nach München verpasst habe. Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe.

Positiv: Fine flight once we were in the air.

Negativ: There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B.

Positiv: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Negativ: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Negativ: This flight was cancelled

Positiv: Smooth flight

Negativ: It was delayed

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: I checked in online and paid for a checked piece of baggage, never received the boarding pass, so when I arrived to the airport to drop off the luggage and wait for boarding, the machines didn't recognize my ticket locator and I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours (missed my flight)…

Positiv: The entertainment was ok.

Negativ: The staff was rude and ignored me and the person who sat next to me drinks we ordered (just simple water and a coke). They offered a variety of meal options, yet when they got to me they said they only had a beef option so i had no other choice but when they went to the person behind me they had dif

Positiv: Nothing outstanding comes to mind. TAP Portugal was a million times more hospitable and accommodating.

Negativ: They allowed us to check a bag, without telling us that it definitely would not make it to our next stop on time. Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us

Negativ: The airline accepted our checked baggage, although they already knew that it would not make it to our final destination (Marrakech) on the same day that we would arrive. We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane

Positiv: Nothing. Iberia wouldn’t let me on the plane.

Negativ: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.

Positiv: Crew was friendly.

Negativ: Couldn't find out online which gate my flight was leaving from. Long bus ride from jetway to plane. No in-flight entertainment, uncomfortable seats.
