Negativ: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Positiv: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Negativ: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Negativ: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Negativ: much more timely assistance following our missing this flight

Positiv: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Negativ: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Negativ: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Negativ: Seats can be better.

Positiv: The crew and snacks

Negativ: They take the headphones about an hour before landing which isn’t ideal.

Positiv: Really friendly and efficient crew.

Negativ: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Negativ: Worst plane seat of all carriers. No leg room, to close to seat in front no where to put anything , no usb charger. My local bus is more comfortable & better equipped. Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn

Negativ: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Positiv: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Negativ: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Negativ: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.

Positiv: The price

Negativ: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Negativ: Bags were soaken wet at arrival

Negativ: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Positiv: Punctuality and professionalisms were at the best

Negativ: Teach Swiss Airlines stewardesses Lorena kãrli and Sabrina stadler manners. They are impolite and racist. Typical cold Swiss hospitality

Negativ: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Negativ: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Negativ: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Negativ: You made me late for my connecting flight by unloading my carry one bags slowly. It cost be $500 extra dollars and I’m stuck in Madrid until Friday which is making making me miss work. Unacceptable.

Positiv: Flight attendants were lovely.

Negativ: Seats recline too far so there was NO space. Flight left an hour late for unknown reason. Double charged for bags on return flight. Lost my carry on after forcing me to check it (still awaiting its return). Charged me to fix an error they made on original booking. I'll never fly with Iberia ever again.

Positiv: Crew was good from Rime to Madrid, however my connection from Madrid to JFK, service was not good, i felt ignore when asking for water

Negativ: Took to long to service, and customer service was lacking

Positiv: Crew was awesome, seat spacing comfort not so much.

Negativ: Need to have seat upright to use trays to eat on flight

Positiv: The crew and personal were ok.

Negativ: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Positiv: Ταξίδεψα με ασφάλεια, χωρίς καθυστερηση, με μεγαλη εξυπηρετησει!!! ΜΠΡΑΒΟ!!

Positiv: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Negativ: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Negativ: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Negativ: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Positiv: It was ok. Nothing more. Crew was helpfull if needed

Negativ: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Positiv: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean.

Negativ: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats.

Negativ: Flug war überbucht wurde fast gecancelt eine absolute Frechheit nie wieder Eurowings.

Negativ: No fue posible hacer el check-in con anticipación, me enviaron información sobre el vuelo el mismo día, mientras viajaba en otro vuelo previo por lo que no pude verlo a tiempo y, además, la información que enviaron estaba en alemán (ningún otro idioma!). Casi pierdo el vuelo por la mala información.
