I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality--with Vistara at least I did not get pushed around during boarding and getting-off. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

The gate was open for more than 1 hour after we reached the airport. We were not issued new tickets and not refunded. The staff was not helpful at all. AS we say Customer should be always first. Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA."

Negativ: "1) Fruits served as breakfast felt stale and smelled funny 2) I could see cracks in my meal table 3) The crew only came around once to collect trash which was too little in a 14 hour flight 4) The touch on the inflight entertainment system was not working 5) This is not specific to Air India but it's about Mumbai airport - there were no restrooms in the secondary boarding area (after the second check-in) and also there were not enough seats. This becomes a problem for elder people and also those traveling with families. 6) They split baggage claim into 2 carousels which was very confusing. We couldn't figure out which carousel to wait at. 7) The flight was delayed by an 45 minutes (while landing) but there were no announcements."

Typical government run third world airline."

Negativ: "Extrem langsames Checkin in Dheli, schlecht organisiert, überfordert, man plant besser 1 Stunde mehr ein als üblich Die Möglichkeiten nach der Sicherheitskontrolle kalte Getränke etc. für den Flug zu bekommen sind bescheiden, aber man sollte trotzdem Vorräte besorgen, die Bordverpflegung ist nämlich finster, es gibt 1x Getränke (warm aber mit Eiswürfeln) und danach nur noch Tee, Kaffee oder warmes Wasser. Das Essen ist entsprechend auch mieser als der sonstige Mikrowellenkram. Es gab genau 1 deutschsprachigen Film im Bordprogramm."

I am ok with no food given but please make sure you do not waste and pollute for no reason"
