Negativ: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Negativ: "Expensive tickets but no complimentary beverages and snacks for a 2 hour flight, overpriced snacks in the flight cafe. 3H delay!!!! with no understandable explanation in English and no explanation in Latvian from the captain - airBaltic is a Latvian airline! Other airlines use two languages - national and English"

They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Negativ: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Negativ: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Moreover the delay of flight was 30 min on top of the time, mentioned in the notification"

Negativ: "Boarding was a disaster. We arrived quite early but no-one was available to check us in, so we had to wait an hour. When we got into the boarding area, there was a restaurant that only had sweets (it was 7 p.m.). This wasn't the airline's fault of course, but it added to the frustration. Then signage at the gates was unclear so that we weren't sure if we were in the right line up. We had to squeeze past around 150 people who were boarding a different flight (to Porto) and then were informed that we had priority boarding and didn't have to wait. We still had to wait anyway, around 40 minutes. All very confusing and frustrating. But it was cheap, so that excuses everything, right? Not."

Even though we booked the trip as a package, they claim they don’t service connecting flights so the financial responsibility to book a new flight would be on us. No compensation was offered even though it was the airlines fault our flight was late and made us miss a connection that we should have had plenty of time to make. Then all they wanted to do was charge us for a new flight, no other options were offered and the staff was very rude and appeared not to care about helping us. We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

Negativ: "bei jedem Flug gab es Verspätung.. das bedeutet zusätzliche Wartezeiten und anschließende Verspätungen.. beim Boarding war das Personal gestresst und gereizt.. wir wurden durch das Gate gelassen und musste. dann im Gang zwischen Gate und Flugzeug ALLE 20-30 min warten.. absolut unlogisch und chaotisch.."

Negativ: "Der online Check in war im Vorfeld nicht möglich. Daher MUSSTE ich vor Ort einchecken. Das hat nochmal 43chf extra gekostet. Die langen Wartezeiten beim Sicherheitscheck waren unnötig und 2separate Schlangen für priority Fluggäste und regulär auch völlig unnötig und nervig. Die Infos dazu nicht gut."
