Negativ: The fact that I had to check my guitar was odd. And online check In was difficult . I ended up paying more to check my guitar in at the airport

Positiv: Crew was very polite and helpful, seat pitch was acceptable for my height (1.92 cm)

Negativ: I know this was a short flight but one tiny bag of pretzels is just not acceptable!

Positiv: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.

Negativ: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.

Positiv: I was amazed with leg room for all regular economy seats, I'm tall guy and constantly have problem with leg room but here I was pretty suprised.

Negativ: Free you get small bag of pretzels and glass of water.. Everything else you have to pay. Same as in low cost companies but with ticket price of regular one.

Positiv: Crew was very friendly!

Positiv: I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began.

Negativ: The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!

Positiv: Nothing. Iberia wouldn’t let me on the plane.

Negativ: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.

Negativ: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Negativ: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Negativ: The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water.

Positiv: Gute Beinfreiheit; kostet aber bei einem Mittelstreckenflugzeug € 25 p.P./Richtung. Die Hälfte der Verspätung beim Abflug konnte bis zur Landung wieder eingeholt werden. Bordgepäck und 1 persönliches Handgepäck wurde kulant ohne Mehrkosten abgewickelt.

Negativ: Verspätung wegen verspäteter technischer Vorbereitung??? groß angepriesenes WIFI hat trotz Urgenz nicht funktioniert (Aussage des Anwesenden Bordpersonal „habe bei Kollegen nachgefragt, muss gehen“; funktionierte bei mir und auch in den benachbarten Sitzreihen nicht. Große Werbung und nichts dahinter :D

Positiv: The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled.

Positiv: The crew was nice.

Negativ: The flight was delayed.

Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Negativ: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Negativ: Wie mittlerweile bei fast allen Airlines gibt es Getränke während des Fluges nur noch zum Kauf angeboten. Ich finde generell, dass ein Becher Wasser immer drin sein könnte. Es gibt ja aber auch Gott sei Dank andere Möglichkeiten, sich an Board zu versorgen.

Negativ: No fue posible hacer el check-in con anticipación, me enviaron información sobre el vuelo el mismo día, mientras viajaba en otro vuelo previo por lo que no pude verlo a tiempo y, además, la información que enviaron estaba en alemán (ningún otro idioma!). Casi pierdo el vuelo por la mala información.
