The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Negativ: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Negativ: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Since my tours and accommodations were already booked I had to cancel my Norwegian flight and rebook a new last minute flight at much greater cost. Norwegian gave no reason for the delay and insufficient service on getting me to my final destination,"

Negativ: "Slow check in despite using online checkin! Took me over an hour!!? Leg room is seriously limited and I had an aisle seat! Staff not very chirpy / friendly no smiles or chat"

Negativ: "I don't know where to begin. They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"
