Negativ: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Negativ: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Negativ: Tv screen didn't work, stuck on an airplane for 8h without any entertainement. Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though.

Positiv: The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely.

Negativ: The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat

Negativ: I had requested a gluten free meal weeks before my travel and it was not confirmed for the Naples to Frankfurt flight. I think that if I already requested ahead of time that the flight crew should know about it and be ready to provide me with the correct meal even if I don't call back and confirm.

Positiv: The crew was great! I was much more comfortable this trans-Atlantic flight coming home than when I flew over beginning my trip. The hot towels are always a special treat and the wide selection of free beverages. Thank you Lufthansa!

Negativ: It was not noted that I had a gluten allergy even though I had requested special meals online. I had to ask the flight attendants during the first meal to bring me that option. After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight.

Positiv: Although I was in Economy, I got a window seat with no one next to me, which made things a lot less cramped.

Negativ: The seats are too hard to sit in for more than an hour or two, and would sometimes not stay reclined. There were no free snacks or food, and it was a five hour flight.

Positiv: The crew was very attentive. They constantly made sure we were hydrated and comfortable.

Positiv: Everything, very nice crew . Just gave you the feeling you were in good hands . Would highly recommend Iceland air.

Positiv: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Negativ: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Negativ: Air Canada needs to update it's entertainment systems. On flights to and from my destination both the audio jack and screen were broken. Also, the flight did not receive any salads, leaving this vegan with slim pickings. Get it together, Air Canada!

Negativ: Teach Swiss Airlines stewardesses Lorena kãrli and Sabrina stadler manners. They are impolite and racist. Typical cold Swiss hospitality

Negativ: More room! It was excruciating, and I am not a large person. The boarding process was chaotic and confused. Took a very long time. The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair.

Negativ: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Negativ: Layover was short so they said to tell the crew and they would help. They did not. Missed my connecting flight due to their delay leaving Frankfurt and no assistance given.
