Positiv:: Sehr schönes, eher kleines Hotel. Super Lage, in 3min ist man am Praia Grande, dem größten Strand in Arraial do Cabo. Das Essen im Hotel Restaurant war immer ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und spricht gut englisch, was in Brasilien nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Positiv:: Located close to center of Arraial do cabo. The staff was very friendly, although they did not speak English. We were able to have breakfast earlier and check-out later because we had planned to go diving on the day of check out. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in our room and have a shower after we came back from our dive.
Negativ:: A bit of a pitty that no one of the staff could speak English. At night there was a lot of noise coming from the street.

Negativ:: Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und für ernährungsbewusste Urlauber war es schwierig etwas Leckeres zu finden. Grundsätzlich (bis auf wenige positive Ausnahmen) ist das Personal unfreundlich und verschlossen (zum Beispiel keine freundliche Begrüßung am Empfang oder beim Frühstück) gewesen. Der Strand war super - aber die Stadt enttäuschend. Es ist auch hier schwierig gewesen sich einigermaßen gesund zu ernähren. Infrastruktur insgesamt eher schlecht.

Positiv:: It has an amazing ocean view... you’re just steps from a beautiful beach. The room was cleaned throughly every day. Beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious, with an enormous variety of local and american food.
Negativ:: I think the rooms that don’t have an ocean view don’t look that nice. The electricity sometimes goes off, I wouldn’t take the elevator often. My sister got locked in the elevator for few minutes.

Negativ:: The breakfast is plain and is served late. The bed is uncomfortable. Linens and pillow did not appear to be 100% clean. The pool was dirty.

Negativ:: Leider wurde der Duschkopf welcher weiterhin Lärm erzeugte ohne dass geduscht wurde auch nach dem reklamieren nicht repariert. Dieser Lärm störte besonders in der Nacht. Weite Wege zu Fuss zu den Restaurants.Schlechte WIFI Verbindung im Zimmer.
