Negativ: Custumer service was horrible. They put a hold of 1500 dollars on my card, very angry and hard to work with. The guy at the counter said as soon as I give him my card info he can charge me whatever I was in shock. The car had so many scratches and all kinds of Marks and it was super dirty outside. I was afraid once I wash it outside I will find more scratches thathe were not noted on the sheet so I will be responsible for paying for somebody's else's damage. Overall not very satisfied with Avis. Next time I will definitely go with diferent rental.
Positiv: The car was great. Clean, smooth, fairly zippy. Clutch was in good shape. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.Negativ: I booked a rental from the city center location, but they were closed for staff training. So someone from the airport location picked me up at my hotel in downtown and drove me to the airport to get a car from them.
You are deceptiveNegativ: You do not mention clearly that the rental rate does not cover CDW. It was a big surprise. I had to pay extra.

Cavet emptorPositiv: Car was parked conveniently right outside of airport terminal. Driving TDI diesel is a good choice for Bosnia.Negativ: Supposedly was given class upgrade from compact to intermediate, but the car actually belongs to economy. Car obviously had been in a significant accident previously and although restored it's a thing Enterprise wouldn't admit. No other choice was offered, After less than few hundred miles car indicate service required. Fuel policy is ridiculous with $15 charge only to refuel. On the same note, fuel was noted down on the contract even before it was checked and 7/8ths of the tank was never corrected. Driving outside of Bosnia requires green card for which Enterprise demands $56. This normally is included in price and I was told I can only get it at that single office. I wouldn't recommend Enterprise or Kayak deals due to hidden unfair and undisclosed fees.
