Gute Lage in der Innenstadt Jeder einzelne Sache ist veraltet und eklig aus. Teppich hat Flecken, Klimaanlage laut und roch modrig, Handtücher billig und alt. Die Zimmer sind winzig. Im Grunde genommen ein Budget orientierten Loch mit einer guten Lage. Auch das Restaurant/Bar war ein Loch. Ich wollte nicht auf dem Stuhl in meinem Zimmer sitzen, weil er so schäbig aussah.
Gute Lage Schmutzig, es roch nach Rauch, die Betten sind schrecklich, keine Hilfe vom Personal bei der Ankunft, Reservierung konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Pool was very clean, breakfast server was so pleasant and helpful, everything about the stay was wonderful, we loved being at this hotel. Easy access to highway as well. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was close to newport. But far enough it wasn't in a nosey area.
Proximity to airport. Quick shuttle trip away from main terminals The staff we experienced, one male and one female, were both very rude and unhelpful. We knew the hotel had a free airport shuttle service, only to find out it costs $10 per day. The 'cheaper' lot that costs '$7 per day' actually cost $12 per day

The clean bedding, orderly bathroom. On the fence about recommending this hotel. Yes, i absolutely hated seeing the coffee pot and drinking supplies placed in the bathroom as the place to keep those items, that is discusting, I paid to much money for this type of motel setup. And alarms going off, waking me early morning.
The easy of getting to it from the Interstate. Because I did not ask about AAA when I checked in, I was not given the AAA discount when I checked out. Most of the time I find the hotels will try to work with you but not this one.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean,the beds were comfortable,and the breakfast was good.
The hotel was nice. You have to pay for everything... it costs about $6 to get a T_shirt! No free breakfast! And the famous cookies were over cooked the first day! Over all it was ok.
The beds were wonderful, the rooms spacious. There were plenty of towels and overall the room was very comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the next morning as I was blow-drying my hair, the electricity kept going off due to the fact that I and the person next door was both using blow dryers at the same time. I have never had that happen at a hotel and that was especially surprising for this type of hotel.
clean room, free shuttle and close location to the airport and the delicious cookies they gave as a welcome present they took twice as necessary hold on my card during the night and put a fast check-out form into my room... I was suspicious and when I complained, they told me they made a mistake and it happened also with others... I was not happy with the decreased amount of my month limit of my credit card... but finally they charged the correct amount.

Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too. Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
We loved the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service extraordinary. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. Grand old hotel. Set the thermostat lower in our room on the 28th floor, but the temperature was unchanged 14 hours later.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent and there are extra facilaties provided for guests such as: a coffee bar, free internet access and printing, ATMs,pool, gym etc. The rooms are comfortable and the maid service generally good. The local shuttle bus also goes from right outside the front of the hotel. An excellent hotel, I would definitely recommend it. Very little really. The only minor issue was that the maid failed to replenish all the tea and coffee products. However, the helpful man in the coffee bar came to the rescue!
This was a typical Marriiott Hotel with the high standards they require. It was conveniently located, with a friendly staff and comfortable facilities. It is clearly a place that I would stay at again. Having the valet station as the first greeter a visitor sees appears to be a design flaw. Having to take two elevators to get to your room from street level is a bit inconvenient. The reception level restaurant is not very visible. Unfortunately, these factors cannot be easily changed.
The Location is prime. Perfect for downtown Cincinnati. The staff was nice and quick about check-in and check-out. The bathroom was awesome. It was big and remodeled with a giant tub. The bedroom itself was not impressive. I expected a historic feel, but just got more of an old and musty feel instead. The comforter wasn't clean (had to brush it off before we could lay on it), and the room itself just didn't seem clean. There was also a sunlight which would have been fine, but when you looked up it was covered in dust and dirt.
The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and there was plenty of entertainment and restaurants located nearby. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel ultimately served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night. The furniture was a bit dated and the layout of the room lacked any real appeal. The pictures online and the four star rating seemed to be a bit exagerated. I would rate the hotel three stars overall.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and the location terrific. Very centralized location--easy to walk to area sites and restaurants. The wifi internet was extremely spotty and rarely worked which was disappointing and made working remotely difficult.

I am rating The Hampton Inn. Really nice hotel. The Hampton Inn was a really nice hotel but it wasn't the hotel I reserved. I was looking forward to stay in The Cincinnatian because of the historic background and wasn't expecting at all not to be nofied in advance about their problem with hot water. We could have rescheduled our trip. They relocated us and it was a nice place (can't complain about it) but a modern hotel was not what we wanted.
Location was perfect. Right inside of everything. Valet is great! The bed felt cheap and hard. Did not get any good sleep at all and you would think after driving 10 hours in the road that day it would be easy to sleep, but the bed was old as well as all of the furniture around.
Great hotel and was very clean. When i booked the room it said two queen or one king. So when we arrived i was informed that they had no king beds available. This needs to be a selection so you know what you are getting when you book a room.
Cool building with brand new rooms. Modern lobby and design throughout hotel. Still in a 'soft' opening, so there are some things that need to be worked on. Shower drained back into the bathroom and elevators had filthy overhead lights.

Beautiful room, really comfortable bed, very helpful staff...I travel for work and this is the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Breakfast offerings could be more diverse, (breakfast is free) but what was there tasted good. Other than that, this place really was great.

Breakfast was very good. House keeping doesn't clean the rooms. Thur Evening Check-in, floor wasn't vacuumed. Fri returned from an all day outing, bed not made, floor still not vacuumed, no dirty cups removed nor replaced with clean cups, no soap or shampoo/conditioner replaced. Sat evening returned from all day outing, floor vacuumed - YAY!, requested clean sheets - didn't happen, dirty ceramic coffee cup removed but still not given a clean cup. Sunday returned from all day outing - room cleaned - YAY! but the sheets were not changed - i left a very small safety pin, pinned to the sheets and all 4 pillow cases. At check-in I asked about coffee being available in the lobby at 4 AM - I was told coffee is always available. I had to leave at 4 AM on Monday morning and was told by the person on duty that coffee is never available until breakfast at 6 AM. That's fine, just don't lie. Since I let the front desk know on Fri evening that nothing was cleaned, I'm sure that is why I never got clean linens when I asked for them on Saturday. House Keeping staff definitely doesn't follow the hotel's rule of clean sheets every 3 days. Whenever I heard the name Hyatt, the words classy, respectable, quality came to mind. I'm very disappointed. I will never stay there again and I visit this area often. Looks like their competitors will get my business.
The room design is unique, spacious and most comfortable! My great nephew stayed with me and having 2 sinks in the room was a definite advantage! Beds are unbelievably comfortable! The breakfast that was included with the room rate was abundant and delicious! The route to this one from the main interstate is a little circuitous, but once I learned the route, it became much easier.

The room was so clean. And the staff was very helpful. The TV didn't work and they were ready to change rooms for me when I noticed the plug was loose probably from cleaning the room we were leaving early and made us fresh coffee right away
the pool and hot tub was great. My daughter loved the shampoo. The pull out bed was very thin and well used.
When we returned to our room after the Reds game on Saturday night, it was very hot in the room. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working. I called the front desk and a lady came in to look at it. She did her best and was very apologetic, but could not get the air conditioner to work. She brought us a fan. When we awoke in the morning, we noticed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We checked with the front desk and she confirmed it was not working. Then we went downstairs to have breakfast and found there was no coffee available. The help said it was being made. It was about 9 o'clock in the morning, so we found this surprising and disappointing. The breakfast bar was pretty weak compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. No fruit or yogurt was available. I travel extensively intend to stay mostly in Hilton properties. This hotel Who minded me more of a Holiday Inn, then a nice Hilton or Marriott property. I was somewhat disappointed that the lady at the front desk didn't offer me any kind of rate reduction after finding out the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be fixed. Plenty of places to eat around town. Breakfast was great. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor use their bathroom. Our neighbor apparently had a very small bladder and the sound from the flushing all night was extremely annoying. Also, the beds were pretty uncomfortable.
Clean, comforable, beautiful room. Big cherry doors on the shower and the toilet rooms. While it was the same old free breakfast menu they did it with top of the line ingredients. Name brand granola and Nutella. No fridge. It was between a horse track and a 4 lane road. Lots of noise if you have a room in the front with the road. It was in a peculiar place to find even with my GPS. Their signage is small. The one thing that bugged me was that they charged my card $20+ in advance for room breakage or for snacks. I didn't like this and it marred the whole visit.
