Positiv:: Place is conveniently located at marina with tons of restaurants and cafes around. Easy walk to downtown and nearby beaches. Space was pretty big and provided all basic needs for few day stay.
Negativ:: We found place dirty. Carpet in the bedroom wasn't vacuumed and when we notified the stuff they sent cleaning crew that cleaned everything but again no carpet vacuuming so we were basically staying in the room with filthy carpet. Also we had a cockroach running through the living room one day. Overall we didn't expect luxury but expected cleanness and advertised in other reviews and unfortunately that wasn't our experience. Overall, even if this was one of the cheaper place around, we found the value still too high for what was provided.

Positiv:: The location and the view were excellent. Yacht harbour one side and the beach on the other. Nice architectural design so with doors open a cooling breeze goes through. The surrounding area was clean and tidy and the gardens nicely kept. Supermarket close by as well as restaurants. Médina short walk away. Good to cook our own meals in the basic kitchen.
Negativ:: We booked an additional night but were charged at a higher rate than the previous two nights. Kitchen sink needs a plug.

Positiv:: Cleean, Quite and nicely located Resort. The stuff were nice and friendly. The inner pool was cool and kinda cosy. The rooms were big, we had to switch room on the second day for a king bed as we booked.
Negativ:: We got a twin bed at first but managed to find a king bed room. The breakfast was acceptable but could have been better.

Positiv:: Einfaches Hotel ohne großen Luxus mit Blick zum Meer. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Täglich wird das Zimmer gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Größe des Zimmers inkl. Bad und Balkon ist mehr als geräumig. Für weniger als 30€ pro Nacht kann man hier einen angenehmen Aufenthalt verbringen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen.
Negativ:: Jeden Tag gibt es nur Kaffee / Tee, Kuchen, Joghurt, Eier, Brot und Konfitüre oder Schmelzkäse zum Frühstück. Auch wenn man für den Preis kein großes Büffet erwarten darf, könnte man das Frühstück abwechslungsreicher gestalten.

Negativ:: Wir waren um ca 1 Uhr nachts da, ein Transfer-Service über das Hotel war geplant, aber ist nicht erschienen! Also das Taxi und das Zimmer entspricht nicht unseren Erwartungen bzw. im Foto sieht das komplett anders aus und als wir mit der Rezeption darüber gesprochen haben, in der Nacht genau wie am Tag nochmal, hieß es als Begründung; wir haben eine unerwartete Gruppe angenommen, daher ist unser Zimmer vergeben worden! Als ob das mein Problem ist, also für ein Downgrade von Seiten des Hotels erwarte ich mehr, als nur eine Enschuldigung... Frühstück ist Katastrophe! Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

Negativ:: We arrived early coming from norrh america we were ther at 7:30 am we stayed in the reception long hours until staff responsible of booking.com came in and took care of us. Air condition was not working. I had to ask many times to get it fixed. I was able to get a good room only because i came from booking.com the responsible person was very helpful and did evrything for us to get it well. This is the main thing that makes it positif otherwise it would have been a desaster. The hotel is crowded which makes hard for the staff to give the best service even if they are willing.

Positiv:: Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber auch angenehm zurückhaltend. Schön, dass es auch jetzt im November noch ein bisschen Animation gibt. Das Publikum war jetzt zwar ein bisschen älter, aber gerade das empfand ich sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross. Tolles Ausflugsangebot. Der Strand ist wunderschön.
Negativ:: Leider war es in der Lobby abends ein bisschen kühl, genau so der Speiseraum. Ich fand beides, Lobby und Speiseraum ein bisschen zu gross bzw. unpersönlich und nicht sehr einladend. Auch das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen entsprach für mich nicht ganz einem VierSterneStandard. Die Möblierung auf dem Balkon ist nicht sehr bequem und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Negativ:: What a awful place, don't stay here. We checked in a 2pm. At 2:30 were shown to two completely dirty rooms, told that's all they had and to wait 30 minutes. We didn't get clean rooms until 4:30pm! Old facilities, terrible, rude staff and one of the saddest beaches in all of Monastir. (I live in Monastir and wanted a small getaway, what a waste of money) I wanted to complain about the many, many things that went wrong but was told there was no manager there on the weekend to talk to. Obviously this was either a lie or they just don't care it's an awful place because you already paid. Don't come here.

Positiv:: Rooms are charming, comfortable and enormous, the quality of sleep is good. I have loved mattress and pillows. The hotel location is amazing: room have wide balconies with stunning sea-view, the marina is just around the corner and the old town at 10 minutes walk.
Negativ:: Level of cleanliness should be improved, both in bathroom and in the restaurant. Food is average. Staff at the reception is extremely nice and supportive, some waiters are not so nice/reactive.

Negativ:: The hotel needs maintaining as it has old furniture everywhere. Stained bed sheets, and dusty carpet (very old carpet throughout the hotel). I was not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Service is too slow and customer service is zero. Staff in general are well respectful and they try their best to answer your queries but they have shortages all the time, hence why I rated the overall service POORLY. I will not return back or even recommend it to any of my family or friends.

Positiv:: Am Besten hat mir der Preis gefallen :) Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, aber doch angenehm zurückhaltend. Das Abendbüffet war ganz ordentlich. Das Bett an sich war sehr bequem.
Negativ:: Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, was aber bestimmt auch an den ganz alten Teppichen liegt. Leider war auch nur ein deutscher TV-Sender zu empfangen. Wichtig ist bestimmt zu berücksichtigen, dass es sich um ein Halal-Hotel handelt und die Mehrheit der Gäste (v.a. jetzt im Winter!?) arabisch-stämmig sind - mir war das auch zu wenig bewusst bei der Buchung und deshalb für Alleinreisende vlt weniger geeignet.

Positiv:: Der allgemeine Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist allerdings zu 90% arabisch belegt und organisiert. Das ist aber kein Problem, wenn man sich darauf einlässt. Sehr schöner großer Pool und eine guten Lage zum Strand am Meer. Alles macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Das Hotel ist für den Familienaufenthalt gut geeignet, die auch reichlich vorhanden waren.
Negativ:: In den Hauptessenszeiten ist das Personal dem Ansturm nicht gewachsen gewesen. Teilweise verschmutzte Tische, schlecht gesäubert und abgeräumt. Vieles im Hotel muss mal überholt werden. Lifte funktionierten teilweise nicht. Die Klimaanlagen in den in öffentlichen Bereichen waren zu schwach oder zu alt. Der allgemeine Zustand entspricht nicht mehr einer 4 Sterne- Bewertung, da vieles überholungsbedürftig erscheint. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hintersich.

Negativ:: Tired and desperately need revamping. Cleaning standards are very poor. Corridors are very dirty and Staines everywhere. Sure owners or manager should consider renovation or name it different to Amir palace.

Positiv:: Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut... für 23€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück kann man nichts sagen.
Negativ:: Es lagen Fußnägel auf dem Boden. Die Handtücher wurden eingesammelt als wir beim Frühstück waren, obwohl wir noch eine Stunde in dem Zimmer waren.

Negativ:: Very disappointed since I get in I have the problem of parking, the security guys were very rude, there was not enough spots ..they did not even let me in to drop my family by the door,they asked me to look for spots across by construction site....i report that to the reception since there is no manager they were worst then the security guys...go to the room broken shower and bathroom..no enough towels only 2 for five of us ....very bud never back I do not recommended to no one.

Positiv:: Entgegen aller Bewertungen war es wirklich angenehm! Die Betten waren wirklich bequem, auch die Sauberkeit war i.O. Das Hotel hat (auch auf anderen Websites) ziemlich schlechte Bewertungen. Diese hielten uns fast davon ab, etwas zu buchen. Durch einen Zufall ergab es sich dann doch und wir waren positiv überrascht.
Negativ:: Das Buffet war für 15 Dinar ziemlich dürftig. Die Rezeption war aber so freundlich, uns das Geld zurückzuerstatten, wir waren stattdessen auswärts essen ;)

Positiv:: Die Anlage ist recht groß. Da wir aber im März dort übernachtet haben, waren wir fast die einzige Gäste und es war sehr sehr ruhig. Der Pool war noch nicht geöffnet, sieht aber gut aus. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber keine große Auswahl, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der geringe Buchungszahl im März.
Negativ:: Der Strand sieht etwas verwildert aus. Dafür kann das Hotel vielleicht nicht direkt etwas, aber es wäre schön, wenn der Strand ab und zu gesäubert würde. Das ist allgemein ein Problem in Tunesien, dass Plastikmüll, insbesondere Plastiktüten überall herumfliegen und sich auch am Strand verteilen.

Positiv:: we went in the winter so the place was so quiet, we loved it, there was only couple of other guests so it felt like we had the whole place for ourselves. I really liked that I could literally walk to the beach from my room, it was on our doorstep.

Positiv:: Somewhere cheap to crash for a night in the area. Kind of like the S Club 7 resort for their 30 year reunion but without the maintenance and fun... Fine if you aren't expecting much. The working heating system in the room was the best thing.
Negativ:: Kind of depressing place to stay. They must be losing money every night though so feel bad for them.

Negativ:: Leute von Rezeption... ich komme zu Check in und konnte nicht mit kartezahlen obwohl steht auf die Seite man kann mit visa oder MasterCard zahlen... erstens Fehler von Boooking zweitens von Hotel, GM war nicht da keine cheffen, und die wollten dass ich rausgehe und Geld abheben das heißt ich musste mit taxi fahren hin/rück aus meine Tasche und keine hat sich interssiert das ist peinlich wie eine große Hotel und keine Gerät für Kartezahlung... und wie die mit mir geredet haben finde ich ausrespekt!!!! Ich werde das weiterleiten bei viele Reisebüros ich wurde verrascht einfach...

Negativ:: Unprofessional staff, unorganized, old and dirty place. Can not be called a hotel, at least if you are from developed country or have any of selfrespect. NOT suitable for families or children!! I saw all photos and comments, but reality was so far away from it. Only one or two comments and photo's were real and I did a mistake and didn't believe it.
