Positiv: An antique filled bed and breakfast. Lovely setting on the water. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool. Fabulous made to order breakfast in a lovely sun room overlooking the sea. Close to Rockport center and a short drive to some great beaches.
Negativ: It didn't bother us at all but people should be aware there is no elevator. This is an older historic home.
