Negativ: The food was terrible.

Negativ: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Positiv: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Negativ: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Negativ: The aircraft was super old, things were falling off, no in-flight entertainment for 10 hrs, crappy food and the plane was late so I missed the connection. 0 out of 5.

Positiv: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Negativ: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Positiv: Die Crew war nett.

Negativ: Abflug hat sich um 2h verspätet. Die Maschine für den Hinflug war defekt. Kann immer mal passieren.

Positiv: Boarding was fast.

Negativ: Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane.

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: After the plane left without me due to a security breach, I was made to buy a new ticket. I thought I could be out on standby, it wasn't my fault that the plane left without me after all, but nope, I had to spend TWICE AS MUCH on another ticket. The ticket agent said there were no seats because the flight was oversold but but that he would "take a risk" and book me for the next and last flight. There was a chance that after spending that money, I would get to the gate and have no seat. What a rip off! I eventually did get on the plane, only for us to sit on the tarmac. I will never fly easyjet again and I want a refund!

Positiv: I have 1kg more on the suitcase and they didn´t charge more

Positiv: Der Flug war sehr kurz und ist pünktlich gestartet :-)

Negativ: Kein großer Service und keine Bordunterhaltung, bei nur 50 Minuten Flugzeit auch nicht nötig :-)

Negativ: Flüge hatten Verspätung. 20 und 45 min. Das Platzangebot ist sehr eingeschränkt.

Negativ: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Positiv: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Negativ: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Negativ: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Negativ: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Positiv: Everyone was helpful and the trip was nice & Great!

Negativ: My sons car seat was lost in transit therefore didn’t have any seat for him to sit in once landed at Inverness Airport.

Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Positiv: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Negativ: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Negativ: One piece of our luggage didn't make it. It's been 3 days, still no luggage!

Positiv: cost is low if you only have one small bag and no other carry on.

Negativ: You have to pay quite a bit to check in a second bag, almost $100 bucks. You can only carry on one item. That includes a laptop bag.

Negativ: This flight has a record of being late 90% the times i use it

Positiv: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit).

Negativ: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time....

Negativ: Pünktlich abfliegen und nicht scheibchenweise die Abflugzeit schieben. Mehr Transparenz, was los ist. Passagiere mit Wasser versorgen.

Positiv: Flight was on time.

Negativ: Pretty much everything. Another uncomfortable flying bus charging you for everything they can charge. Flying is absolutely awful these days.

Negativ: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Negativ: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Positiv: Seat was comfortable. Looked new.

Negativ: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Negativ: The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane

Positiv: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service
