I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand that weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable. My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays."

I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

This meant that nearly half of the passengers who bought tickets would not be able to fly. Thos made boarding stressful as they were randomly calling names. They were offering $2000 and a hotel and meals and a flight out the next morning. However I did not have flexible travel plans and the stress of hoping to be allowed to board was unpleasant."

Was given a 2 food vouchers but very late, 30 mins before boarding time. Paid for two meals already by then. My Friday to Monday trip to see my family was shortened by almost a day. I hadn’t seen them for 3 years. Don't know when I'll be able to see them next. Not happy..."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

Negativ: "They changed the flight time 100 times and in the end I ended up with one more stop than originally scheduled, was supposed to be CLE-HOU-CCS and ended up being CLE-IAD-HOU-CCS ... with a loooooong layover in IAD, shame on you, I bought the ticket because it was supposed to be convenient"
