Negativ: If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time.
Negativ: I missed the connecting flight because of the aircraft situation, but I had the following regrets. 1. There was not enough help from the ground. 2. The plane didn't wait for a minute. 3.Unfriendly transfer counter 4. It was too inconvenient to find and refit the luggage for about two hours.

Negativ: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
Negativ: Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!

Negativ: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

Negativ: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!
Positiv: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable with enough leg space even without choosing extra space seats. It was my childhood dream come true to fly with KLM. It was really an exciting trip for me, just that it was short.
Negativ: Well, for me everything was on point. Those who have never travelled with KLM, I would encourage them to do so and I’m sure they will not regret.

Positiv: Crew, food, seats were great (my route was empty on the first flight, so I could lay down across other seats). They provided amenity kids even in economy class.
Negativ: The connection was too tight. A staff member led us to a bus to the next terminal, but left at security without a word. I ended up running from security all the way to my gate, feeling I was going to miss my flight. They still had the gate open past the scheduled time, but wish I didn't have to run.

In flight, I wasn't asked for my meal preference. They served me pork, whereas I eat a Hindu meal (No Beef and No Pork) They served the end part so late that by the time I could eat they were already descending, and they rushed me to eat. I couldn't eat it anyways except the fruits. No juice or water either was served.

Negativ: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.
Negativ: I was charge a terribly high exchange rate for this tickets! Not acceptable at all.

Positiv: The flight TPE - HAN was fine. The flight SFO-TPE was OK. The seat in premium economy did not recline properly. Service seemed to disappear for several hours during the flight. I am not as excited about using premium economy for my return. The seats in economy look very narrow.

Negativ: Passengers making a connecting flight to Bangkok (BKK) at Nanjing (NKG) were gathered together, escorted through customs, to baggage claim, to the ticketing counter, and back through customs. One of the passenger had to call out each person from their passport. The process took 2 1/2 hours.
Negativ: I wasn't able to take this trip (which was supposed to be my return flight). They wouldn't let me on the plane because my boarding pass didn't EXACTLY match my passport (which doesn't have my middle name). Not only did they cancel this flight, but also my return flight. Worst travel experience ever.

Negativ: My issues were with the other passengers, not with anything the airline could've prevented. It's a budget airline, you get a budget experience, but I didn't have any huge problems with anything.
