Positiv: Friendly staff, easy check in. Professional and courteous on board.

Negativ: Food could be better of course and the price could be better,

Positiv: In hour 20 of delays and being held in a room with no access to water

There was no oversight of what people were putting in the overhead compartment so many were putting both their carryon suitcase and under seat bags up there leaving no room for our suitcases by the time we boarded. The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding.

Positiv: Crew was very polite & friendly. Chicken & bacon sandwich was tasty, good amount of mayo!

Negativ: A bit chaotic boarding in Mykonos... not BA’s fault! Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Negativ: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Positiv: BA cancelled my flight, but did offer an alternate on Lufthansa on same day,

Negativ: Being notified of the cancellation, instead of accidentally finding out about it. Very poor or lack of communication regarding cancellation due to pilots' strike.

Negativ: I paid extra for the seat but it was very cramped.

Positiv: The crew was amazing.

Negativ: There seemed to be no leg room. The seat was very uncomfortable.

Negativ: Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board

Negativ: The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.

Negativ: Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Negativ: Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!

Positiv: Crew was fine. The seat wasn’t different than any other seat in economy class. Nothing special and super-comfortable

Negativ: The seat can be better, I am flying relatively frequently in econom class. It is isn’t getting any better.

Negativ: Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage.

Negativ: With 2h30 hours delayed flight I missed my train and had to have a hotel Arcturus airport in Amsterdam and continue my journey only the day after.

Positiv: Crew were good early on but didn’t check later on

Negativ: It was ridiculously hot and the crew didn’t offer water after initial drinks run and we were seriously dehydrated. The flight was delayed and although the first half an hour we had excellent service there was no follow up service and the temperature in the plane was really very uncomfortable

Negativ: Just be good, they could still offer free drinks or water to passengers

Positiv: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Negativ: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Positiv: Nothing in particular stands out about our flight. We've flown many airlines, Aeroflot, British Air, Delta, Iceland Air and KLM recently. Lufthansa was right in there with the middlet of the pack, with the exception of Iceland Air, which would be at the bottom, but they make no pretenses. The seats, even in the basic economy, which we had,reclined and were comfortable; good legroom. Food and drink offerings were standard. Amounts were small, but everything was the right temperature. Restrooms were clean and well equipped. Movie offerings, not many newer releases. Nothing like Sky news, so you couldn't check weather or current events. Crew was courteous and attentive,

Negativ: Boarding at Frankfort left much to be desired. First off, the equipment was not ready; we waited 45 min. to board after we got to the gate (early) and due to turbulence over the Atlantic, the pilots could not make up the time. We are senior citizens. We, along with about 25 others in our category, responded to the call for us to get in line to board, stand for 30 min. The gate personnel did not provide any information that boarding was NOT imminent at that point, so you had to stand up to keep your place. Finally, once the boarding for people needing assistance began, we got to choose between using 2 flights of stairs (a faster way to get into the plane) or an elevator to board the plane. (Hello! We have trouble with things like stairs; don't you know that?) The elevator accommodated one wheelchair and 2 or 3 people at a time. More waiting in the jetway to get down to the plane! The whole boarding process took 90 min. from the time we stood up to the time they closed the doors. Bad grades for the the cleaning crew making us wait so long, for the gate personnel for keeping us in the dark and the disorganized process boarding. Nobody cared about our discomfort, not what we would have expected from LH. Consequently, we've revised our opinion of Luthansa. Maybe next time we'll take BA.

Negativ: Didn't make it to this flight due to problems described in aforementioned flight (madrid to London). Was stranded in London overnight.

Negativ: My flight was serviced by British Airways. The temperature in the cabinet was very warm and there were no fan controls. The seats are very narrow. Miserable 9hr flight from London to Denver
